charge! I was hesitant to wait for the mattress to be made because I hate waiting lol; but they gave me a great discount & included delivery so I went with them. Great customer service. Very happy so far. My daughter actually recommended the place because she also had a great experience here. I will review again after using new mattress.

Update 1-2 months ish later : I am buying another one for our downstairs bedroom too; because I like it so much. It doesn’t hurt my back like my previous 2 softer mattresses.

Ordered a mattress a little too close to Easter, not knowing the lead time. On finding out the lead time, realised it probably wasn't going to arrive in time. Spoke to Letizia, what an absolute legend. She's said it was due to arrive at the store on Thursday, but Friday was a holiday. She said she would sort it, and she did. I'll manner – The man in the store behaved Very very illiterate, poor, uneducated rude with my kid. I suggest not to go there especially when you are with kids... He might need some basic education on mannerisms. My kid was so scared how he shouted ''Hey get off'' The other staff was courteous. The worst experience ever had in my life.

Very poor performance on delivery – I purchased a mattress from the Cannington store. A delivery date was set for the 12/12/2020 (way past the next day delivery advertised). On the day, after waiting for a few hours, we phoned the store to confirm delivery just to be informed that nothing was on the schedule. You really have to get better at this Show details

No responsibility taken for damage – I bought three beds from Snooze and on the installation of one of them, my brand new curtains were ripped. When I requested Snooze to replace the damaged curtains they denied all responsibility. Very, very disappointed in Snooze’s attitude and lack of customer service. Show details

Exceptional Service! – Fantastic service from Zena yesterday. First store we went to and we were going to shop around but ended up purchasing our mattress here. Zena knew her stuff. She did a ‘sleep profile’ for us and discussed the merits of the various types of mattresses and we were able to try them in a health-conscious way. Pauline (the manager) also very helpful at ‘check out’ time. Great discounts too! We highly recommend this store.
