Great assistance in choosing the right mattress
We came in a little later after the store's closing time but really appreciate it when the staff still let us in. Despite being overtime, she still let us try a few mattresses to find which is the right fit. Definitely a great service without rushing us to make any decision. Also, with the store's 47% discount, we definitely are happy customers. Thank you.

Yes and no
Bit before Xmas, Bought single bed frame and mattress from Snooze Cannington(WA). Store customer service=good. mattress=good. Bed frame=cheap wood junk made in Indonesia with 1 year warranty. Snooze Cannington's delivery company=absolutely useless. Bed frame and mattress were delivered, we unpacked it and found they forgot to deliver the wooden slats package. Ring up... oops the delivery guys left it on the truck. Came back later that day to deliver it. Unpacked the slats and 2 has a bow in it (cheap junk) Call up Snooze to organise replacement...Read more
. Fast forward to today...3 promised delivery days over a month from the delivery company which have all been no shows. Still waiting. Summary: Snooze themselves are fine but their Cannington stores delivery company are the most incompetent I have ever dealt with, beware if u cant take the goods away yourself.1 comment
