Im thinking of buying one is there anyone that had a positive after sales service with probs encountered?
No good story here but I thought I'd let you know that my t series has just stopped working for the second time in 6 months. This time it's out of warranty. It's currently in the shop and im trying to get the hard drive recovered. Safe to say I'll be steering clear of that brand in future.
Got my T series only for few months and it stopped working. Had huge issues with Sony customer service. I was lucky to be able to return back to JB HIFI and JB helped me to deal with Sony. Got rid of that T series (thank God). I will never ever touch any Sony laptop.
