Great family spa – Absolutely love our byron bay spa, have used it every day for nearly 2 years, hose the filter out once a week and change the water about every 3 months. Easy to maintain and the lights and speakers are a great touch.
Cheap spa, no problems – We bought a spa from Spas Direct in March 2024. Everything went smoothly and the spa is still working well. It was a lot cheaper than from competitors. We use it all of the time. It heats quickly and keeps the water usable for much longer than our old spa did.

AVOID THIS COMPANY – Stay AWAY from SPAS DIRECT...do not part with any money to pay for a product sold by SPAS DIRECT. This company has been collecting money from online purchases in recent months that are being held by a third party, cannot be delivered to fulfil purchase contract. Promised the World, Delivered Nothing – Ordered 04 November 2024. Paid in full ($15k). Promised 3 - 5 week delivery. Happy days! – We purchased our Mountain Spa about 6 months ago and are so pleased with our buy! All our interaction through the online store was so easy and since have had no issues with the spa. We use it 3-4 times a week and it is easy to use/clean/maintain.
California Grande – Great spa, very happy with the California Grande. Was quite tricky getting the wifi and bluetooth working, but helpdesk was very good (just have to deal with the time difference to California). Setup instructions could be better, but if you google them then there is help online.
Great spa – Thank you spas direct. My family and I have had endless spas with your lovely spa. We use it every night and for me personally, it's great to sit in it after work and great for my osteoarthritis. I would personally recommend one of these spas for anyone. Great spa! – I have had no problems with my spa. The power usage is not too bad. It's nice to sit and relax in after a long day at work. I use the spa at least 3 nights a week. It's easy to use and a breeze to maintain.

Exceptional – We contacted Ali after seeing an advert on Facebook. The service was excellent and very easy.. We ordered a Mountain Delux spa which was delivered to us in Whitianga and the delivery man was so helpful and put it in stitu for us. The spa was simple to set up as all preset. The spa is absolutely perfect and we totally love it! Very powerful but very quiet. We are thrilled with our spa and service we received.
Awesome spa and fantastic service! – Had a blast with Spas Direct! I ran into a little hiccup with the filtration, but their warranty guy, Nero, was a rockstar!
