Delivered a damaged spa and blocked all communication – Bought 2 x spas to the total value of $18000. Both turned up with damage. 1 was scratched on the inside of the spa. The larger more expensive spa is significantly damaged. It has been hit by what appears to possibly be a forklift tyne. achieved a sale, so we passed on the information to our father in-law who proceeded to purchase a spa. Then our father in-law called saying he had payed $1499 less than what we did 4 days earlier and also to top it off our SPA HAS BEEN FAULTY SINCE WE HAD IT DELIVERED NO RESPONSE FROM THE CALL CENTER OR ANYONE INVOLVED. I had then went back there to see what was going on and NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE ABOUT THE WARRANTY CLAIM !!!! At that point i proceeded to advise of the price differences and the referral fee he said YEAH I LL SORT THAT, NOTHING ABSALUTLY NOTHING NOT ONE CALL OR EMAIL MEAN WHILE WE STILL HAVE A FAULTY SPA . Also to be advised that we would not receive and incentive or refund on the difference??? Disgraceful and Terrible – Fact 1: We paid over $13,000 up front. Fact 2: They have never contacted us since we made the payment. No communication to tell us that the spa we ordered and was supposed to be 4 weeks and took 5 months. their warranty claims, even when it’s approved (our spa cover deteriorated after just 9 months. They agreed to replace it. After 1year and 6months of chasing them, they just simply won’t fulfill the warranty. Provided evidence to 5 people with photos, and 2 years of correspondence.

Our Spa was a great decision – We added a spa to our newly renovated outdoor area, and it was the best decision! The Maui Deluxe is spacious with its recliner and 5 seats. Easy to maintain. I was apprehensive about the increase in our electricity bill, but it was not too bad at all! We had it installed in winter and although lower in temperature we have continued to use it through summer, it is a great accompanist to the pool! Show details

Absolutely the happiest Customers ! – Best money I have ever spent ! After a chronic knee injury this is making all the difference and rehab at home is the best ! I use my swim spa for rehab three times a day and has improved my recovery ten fold ! We also care for a disabled men and we offer him and his family respite overnight two times a week and he loves the warm water. Spas direct staff were very professional the spa is good quality – We are loving our spa we bought a Californian Grande we use it 4 to 5 times a week .The only complaint we have is that it doesn’t have drink holders and that is annoying. Show details

SHOULD NOT BE SELLING TO THE PUBLIC – Bought a 6000 dollar spa from Spas Direct on medical advise it could be advantageous for my disabled wife with serious problems due to radiation and chemotherapy. Worst company I have ever dealt with – Told so many lies about having the item avaliable and ready for my pick up after paying the full amount. After weeks of no reply I wrote for a refund and was refused a refund of money. It was near impossible to get anyone to reply to anything. Yahoo addresses and people that text back saying they won’t talk on the phone. Still no spa.
