Worst rip off ever! – Paid in full on June 29th 2024 and here we are in February 2025 still without our swim spa and still out of pocket $15K. The Directors have removed all $$ from bank accounts so no one can get refunds. They aren't answering emails and or phones. Heard that the directors have skipped the country. Cascade Grander Swim Spa – The Spa's direct team, Jack, have been really good to deal with. We had unforeseen circumstances arise just after purchase and they we're able to work with us in delaying delivery. Communication was great. The spa was arrived in great condition. Damaged spa on delivery – Brought a swim spa from spa direct Dandenong show room . Upon delivery the spa was well wrapped and packed everything seemed as it should . frame that the panels secured too are broken in the whole one half of the spa , 6 months later we still have this issue of a damaged spa . The customer service is terrible ots like getting blood out of a stone , spas dorect has tried putting the blame onto a delivery driver whom they recommended . We have exhausted every avenue even calling consumers affairs , my last option is to talk with a lawyer .

pros and cons to all the different ones we looked at. At no time was John pushy nor did he try to put other brands or stores down to make their products more appealing. It was truly refreshing to deal with him. We did settle on a spa and a few days later got it home. Once finally getting things sorted and set up we had an issue with a couple of things. Making a call to the number we had our problems sorted out within minutes by Rami whom was so easy to talk with and sorted our issue immediately. I have dealt with Effie and Adriano with other small and things and everything has been dealt with honestly within minutes and have all been a great pleasure to deal with. I understand everyone has different experiences with places and It’s easy to give bad reviews or to be dissatisfied when things don’t meet expectations or standards and I can be one of those people at times, but I can truly say that my partner and I were more than impressed with our service from the entire team at Spas Direct and would recommend them and look forward to enjoying our new spa.

never received an invoice, we have never signed a contract with Spas Direct, nor did we know that if we filled out Zip we were actually buying the Spa. We were mislead into purchasing the spa by Spas direct sending a link everyday for a month from Zip, we were under the impression that we were seeing if we were able to get finance. Then weeks later we get a account from ZIP to say we have purchased a Spa. We phoned Spas Direct, they never returned phone calls, they did not advise that they were going ahead with the sale. We cancelled the order, they then contacted us immediately to advise that we could not cancel the order and we would not get a refund, if we did cancel the order, they would keep the whole amount paid of $8000. They then found a spa from a cancelled order and told us we had to have it, this made me even more apprehensive about this company, they would not return my money for a Spa I did not have or was in stock, yet they were telling me I had to take a spa from a cancelled order!!!! I tried everything, Zip tried to get our money back. We do not have the Spa nor has Spas Direct contacted us to sort out this situation. They are keeping $8000 of our money for nothing, the spa has not been delivered, it is not custom made, it is not a special order, it is an off the shelf product that can be easily sold. I am now going down the road with VCAT to get our money back. If anyone else wants to add to our claim please contact me asap. This has been going on since March 2021. I have now read hundreds of negative reviews about this company, and have seen them on TODAY TONIGHT in South Australia. Somethings needs to be done about this company and how they rip off people of their hard earned money. Thanks

Very Happy With Spa – We have just purchased a spa from spas direct and so far are very happy with it. We were nervous because of the negative comments we had read but have to say we have had a positive experience. Poor quality spa – We purchased spa from spa direct 2plus years ago, since that day we have replaced heater twice, control panel once and now we need control box all in total over $2000. Their Balboa parts are expensive and hard to get, service from Spa Direct is well under acceptable level. On top of all this never reply to my emails or concerns. Looks like I will end up with a very expensive fish pond...

I can swim all year round – Fantasic service & fast delivery. We use it atleast 5 days a week, coming home after a long day at work to just stop and relax is amazing. I can use it even when the weather isn't great and can get excerise aswell in our extreme swim spa. Love, love, love our Spa – We use our spa all year round but mostly in summer. It is a real drawcard when it comes to entertaining.
