stating that my internet was activated, so I trusted them. They did not sent me any email.However, they never actually activated my service my previous provider, Superloop, was still running the entire time. Because of this, I have been double-charged by both companies. When I contacted them to resolve this, they explicitly promised that I would receive a full refund since I never used their network. That refund never came. They have essentially taken three months' worth of money from me for absolutely nothing, and paying on both internet ,refusing to communicate or send proper email activation details. As someone who is currently unemployed, this financial strain has caused me an immense amount of stress. Taking people's money without providing a service is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and avoid them. Today i got the email from them please saw this actually they are liar-

occurred where I somehow ended up on a plan lower than the Ultimate plan I was actually intending to have and after learning that my connection was made super quick, I reached it for help via the chatline.
After the initial qualification made by the AI bot determining the type of help being sought, I was transferred to APPLE who was extremely helpful with providing me with the result I was seeking which was to have me connected to the Ultimate plan without losing the discount offer given to new customers.
Great work Apple. Your help is immensely appreciated. Also, a big thanks to SpinTel for your super quick service and I shall be looking forward to a long lasting relationship.

Mark was very knowledgeable, helped me quickly to do the setup and did it all in a very professional and friendly manner, thanks and much appreciated! wireless upload speed is rather slow, just under 5, whereas the subscribed speed should be 10 Mbps. But, with advice from the CS officer, when I tested speeds directly connected to the NBN Blackbox, the speed was correct, almost 10. I’ve decided to stay with this handicap until I really need higher upload speeds. There was continuous follow up until all issues were closed off. I was not at all pleased with their iOS App, which I have uninstalled. It could only do two things, 1) inform only the Total data used for the current period, without any breakdown and 2) had a link to take you to their website where one has to log in again to check any account details. Apart from that the customer service that I received was exceptionally excellent in these days where it is practically non existent in most service providers. Will recommend SpinTel anytime.

Follow-up · I already had NBN installed. I use my own Asus WiFi router connected directly to the NBN NTD instead of ISP provided unit. Billing is no problem. No dropouts apart from actual NBN planned upgrades.

My service was suspended due to my bill being unpaid as I have been in bed with the flu, and funds were not in my account. Dar informed me my service had been reactivated and I was to go ahead and reboot my nbn box and modem/router, and continued to stay on the phone with me until both boxes had rebooted and were back online.

The person who came to put in the NBN cable had a difficult job at our home due to the low roof space. He was patient and spent ages eventually managing to complete the installation. is acknowledged and rewarded. I also need to give grateful thanks for the Spintel technical support we received from Mal and Michael who helped me link the NBN to my modem and then to my nests. Michael helped me get internet access last night. Then I had to set up and link to my modem tonight. I had to download the modem app which took a while and then link it through my phone. Mal was just amazing he took me through each step slowly, and so I understood what I was doing. Both Technical support people were amazing. They were patient and kind and very gentle with this technophobe. They have my undying gratitude. I cannot praise them or Spintel enough. Spintel are quick to respond to my calls and have always been so. I have been with Spintel for many years now (I still have a .net account which I am keeping) and have found them to be a great company.
