Excellent service
Premium 100I have just set up my service in my new home. Despite being technically proficient I was having issues with the setup. I called Gretchen in customer services who could not have been more helpful, patient or knowledgeable. I am now a very happy Spintel customer.

Best choice moving to Spintel
Plus 50SpinTel offered the same plan as my previous provider for $20 less per month and the customer service has been exceptional. My service representative, Anne, made everything really easy - configuring my BYO modem and assisting me to do the speed tests and then actual internet configuration to ensure I’m receiving optimum speeds. Anne also kept track of what I’ve said in the past about my schedule and has contacted me within my awkward timeframes without fail to assist me. In my opinion, based purely on customer service alone, SpinTel is worth it.

Smooth transition from SpinTel
Plus 50I contacted SpinTel to finalise my account with them and used the chat function to do so. HARNIE was very responsive and helpful. Really appreciate her excellent service. If you need to use the SpinTel chat function, ask for Harnie and she will provide you with awesome service!

Best Internet Service in Australia
Premium 100I have been on Spintel for roughly a year and a half now and they have never failed me. The internet only broke down once and they managed to fix it with no issues! Their customer service was efficient, quick and very helpful! I also recently changed my phone plan to Spintel as they are really reliable and I would love to continue with them. Highly recommended for their reliability and service!

NBN box mixup
Basic 15We had an incorrect serial number for our NBN box and spintel worked with them to ensure we had internet. Xyra was very helpful

Great technical support - but wait times are long after hours on both chat and phone (Nov 2023)
Plus 50I found Spintel tech support very supportive and eager to assist - my issue was eventually resolved. However I called after 6 pm and the wait time was 20 minutes on the phone and I could not get in touch with anyone on chat. Although, Chia from Tech support replied to my chat message the next day and was very helpful with the assistance I needed. Overall, I am a happy Spintel customer and hopefully I will be able to get by with lower wait times in the future if I need help.
