They did offer me a $20 voucher with a 14 day expiry as compensation but as I explained.. I won't even have gotten my original shirt by then, let alone buying another one.
Anyhow it all became way to hard for a garment which you pay up front. I ended up keeping the lacy top.
I will stick to buying in store with this brand.
VERY poor returns service and I strongly advise against buying from Sporstcraft. You pay for shipping. If the sizing is wrong (even when using the EXACT product code when I had purchased the same item previously) then you are also responsible for returning the item to a store (which may/may not stock the product) or pay $9 plus postage to return the item to the warehouse for a refund. VERY poor returns service. My goods arrived with wet red wine spilt all over garments and packaging. I assume this happened in transit. I was asked by Sportscraft to send photos of the damages goods which I did within minutes of receiving them in the post. Then I was asked did I want the goods replaces or refunded. time later after I had disposed of the damaged goods they asked me to send them back. By that time I did not have them. After many phone calls and emails they then agreed to send the goods again with a receipt detailing the same payment method so I could return one of the sizes (I bought the same item in 2 sizes). Then I noticed the email re the new order with "gift card" as payment method. Not what they agreed to and now difficult as I do not want 2 different sizes of the same item. Like others on this site, I strongly advise against buying from Sporstcraft.

False/Misleading Advertising – I was sent an email from Sportscraft notifying of a sale. I found some pants that I like advertised at a sale price of $99 and that there was 10 colours available. Poor quality, high price, poor service – Purchase was fine. However having taken the first item in for replacement due to a manufacturing failure it was a surprise to have a repeat failure in the same place and then after washing as per instructions have the material disintegrate. Then the final insult was to be told that it failed because of wear and tear despite having only worn the garment half a dozen times. It was a good fit but at about $30 per wear very expensive. The response I received from Louie R (Customer Care Team Leader) was poor and lacking in empathy. I think that offering free shipping on a new order is fair since Sportscraft was the one who was at fault.
I don't think I'll even end up using this credit - the prices have increased since I made my order. Thanks for making my birthday a memorable one.

Faulty product, would not return – Bought two colours of the Ella jumper and washed as per the care label. One of the jumpers shrunk. Then Sportscraft seemed to want to be trendy and appeal to a younger demographic and moved to what I call disposable clothing, but the prices have remained high and the style of clothing and fabrics has declined. As for women's clothing, Sportscraft seems to be locked into those ankle length pants, which of course, are "on trend", but they are not flattering or practical; leaving one's ankles cold on chilly days.
Men's polo shirts, in particular are now of such poor quality they have to be tossed out after a few washes. The collars seem to be the first to go, the polos lose their shape; they are not well made when compared to polos purchased say 10 years ago.
Women's tops and shirts also lose their shape and the linen fabric doesn't wash well. As for the range of styles in women's clothing, it's all pretty much the same. The Signature line of clothing did present some investment pieces, but that has been discontinued. The jeans used to be excellent, but now, they are short and not well made.
So, Sportscraft, sad to say, you've lost my custom.
Checkout is a security risk – Error box when sent back to checkout AFTER paying on PayPal page but it doesn't say what the error is and just says to go back and fix error and order again. 4 months later, numerous emails and no refund – I returned an item four months ago and despite numerous emails, the refund has not been processed. I have provided proof of return when contacting the company. In additon, not a single email has been responded to. Appalling service and I will not be buying from this company instore or online again.

Sportscraft – I have noticed I have had numerous tops from Sportscraft getting holes in them, from fine knit merino wool jumpers to soft linen/cotton t- shirts so disappointing. They use to have such good quality clothing but it has deteriorated in recent years that I will not be buying any further garments. several. No doubt there is the odd thing that may not come up to scratch, that happens sometimes with all clothing, but I've never experienced a problem. Any returns I've had to make were done at a Sportscraft store and I've never had any issues there either.

Great clothing, correct sizing – I ordered several items online including knitwear, cotton shirts and pants and I love every item. It seems to be made of really good quality and all the sizing is correct, so no returns required. I have not had to deal with customer service, so couldn’t comment on that category.
