Have a stressless recliner that I bought in the outlet section of the store. Happy with the chair except for the leather smell that is very strong. Any way to remove the strong smell?

We have a two seater, which is very comfortable. We were not happy with the after sales service, part of the leather began to flake soon after the 12 month warranty, Stressless weren’t going to do anything about it.After we posted negative comments on this site, they re contacted us and replaced the panel!!

Thanks for the review! Much appreciated! I have a stressless Recliner and footstool so comfy.But the leather oh the headrest part is flaking off so don't know whether to go ahead and buy a lounge today! It's 20% off EOFY sale!!!
I am looking at the Stressless Mayfair chair and Buckingha sofa in Paloma leather. Has anyone any comments on these?

Stressless do not back their products.We paid megabucks for a sofa that became uncomfortable in 2 years and got no joy from them
