I have been ordering shoes from the Munroe Group 'Styletread' (just one of their online stores. ) also Williams, Milleni, midas, mathers and mountfords. As the only store being Williams shoes basically in my town to physically try on 1st and they dont stock my favorite brand 'Djargo' I shop online. Ordering is easy, returns always in an exceptable time frame, if there is a problem with the rare faulty pair all i had to do was phone their customer service number and talk to a very helpful polite and friendly person directly and problem solved. postage and returns free . Afterpay helps me make lots of purchases that I generally couldnt afford without the pay in 4 option. I've spent 1,000's over several years. I browse their website every other day just to see if theres sales etc. Or anything that gives me that WOW and must have urge lol. If Styletrend reads this I'd like you to know that I am very appreciative and only have paise for your brands many thanks

Sent the wrong item twice, asked us to post back the wrong item twice, now will not send it again because they "can't guarantee" we will receive the correct item. This was supposed to be a birthday present but it has been nothing but hassle and inconvenience.

Stressful if you need a refund – I’ve been a StyleTread customer for years and their service used to be exceptional. Now it’s appalling. refund process takes x amount of time” spiel. They don’t respond to emails and you can never get through to anyone on the phone. It’s incredibly stressful when you’re owed such a large sum of money. I’ve had to file PayPal cases so hopefully they will intervene and refund my money.

printing out of a postage label they email to you to attach to the return parcel. The quality of the merchandise is exactly the same quality you would receive if you purchased this exact item at a footwear store, at possibly a higher price. Maybe a glitch appeared somewhere within this amazing company that the negative reviewers experienced, I happily have not experienced it.

I am in NZ and ordered 2 pairs of long boots from Australia. The boots arrived within 4 days and they were in excellent condition. although my legs are pretty average size and I have never had any problems buying long boots previously.

I must admit that I was rather nervous about the returns process after seeing the online reviews as I had paid NZD 500+ for these boots. However, it all went very smoothly. I contacted Styletread to explain why I needed to return the boots, they emailed me the required forms, I packed up the boots & they arranged a courier to come & collect them a day or so later. I was then reimbursed in full within a week.

So, I would definitely recommend them & would use them again.

Styletread sells out of stock items – Styletread online shop Not recommended! They sell items including those out of stock. My husband fully paid for Birkenstock sandals and it took over a week after few reminders to get respond from them the sandals are not available. We got refunded.

They Ignore You – Do not buy from Styletread. They will send you your shoes with no problem but if something doesn't fit and you need to return them for a refund, they will never respond to you. Sent the wrong shoes, no effort to fix the mistake – I was sent the wrong shoes. They were a Christmas present so I paid express shipping. I tried contacting but all I got was a message to keep my return tracking number handy. No attempt to fix their mistake. This company is not worth the hassle.

How to lose customers – The customer response once you have placed your order and paid for your goods is non existent. The claim in your advertising and written on paid order of 1-4 days express delivery is false. No customer minds a time delay if this is communicated to them. I sent 4 emails. I phoned the company and an automated message stated they can't take calls due to a high volume of calls. I went online yet again and used the 'contact us' bot. The bot finally sent me an actual order confirmation. I asked for information on my order. The bot said my item was packed but no information was given on any shipping. Due to the non existent customer communication, rather than time delay in delivery (hey I understand a shipping delay - but tell the customer). I then asked Styletread, due to not sending me my goods or communicating with me regarding any issues or delay to cancel my order (which they say is packed but no shipping date) and refund my money. They refused and wrote: once made orders cannot be cancelled. So in summary - we can take your money, not get back to you, sit on your packaged goods as long as we like and not give you your money back when you give up trying to get some information. I think their statement may be reviewable under Consumer law. Buyer beware!

adequate computer systems of their stock, so for any customer in future there's no 100% guarantee even if an item says in stock you will even get your item. I followed up with an email once I received email advising they had stuffed up, advising happy for them to order more stock. I was advised they don't regularly stock birkenstocks (even though I've brought them from there before and I often see them on their website). Overall won't shop hear again as they obviously have an issue with stock control and staff lying to customers.

Selling Items That are Not Available – I bought a pair of shoes online from Styletread and had the money deducted from my account. I was excited about the purchase. A week later I receive an email telling me the item is no longer available due to 'demand' and they are refunding the money paid. Big fail Styletread. You've lost a customer.

Happy regular Birkenstock wearer – I've been wearing Birkenstocks for 20+ years so know my exact size and I've made 2 x orders now with StyleTread and delivery was on time and the Birkenstocks were perfect, so very happy with a "normal" successful order.

Non existent customer care – Sent me shoes in two different sizes, absolutely awful customer service, not even an attempt to fix the issue in a desirable way for a customer, behaving as if it was my own mistake that I can't wear their shoes. Stay away!

delay. Got a reply saying they sold out before they could fulfill my order, and that they had already emailed me to advise this. Only, I never received said email - not in my inbox nor junk mail. Now to hope and wait another 7 business days for the refund to land.

They’ll tell you that stock numbers on their website are not always accurate and can take 48 hours to update. It’s 2024, time for a new website StyleTread.

Syletread are fraudsters – They sell stock they don't have, don't get in touch to say they don't have it and just wait for the customer to query their order. Fraudulent.
