Tania was an unexpected addition when we started with Rob, but we couldn’t be more grateful we were able to have her work on our build. She gave insight to design and functionality that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves and an attention to detail that made the prestart process so easy. Contracted for a 350-working-day build starting Sept 20, 2024, now there is significant delay that pushes completion well beyond the March 30, 2026, contractual deadline. progress, which has caused this delay. ​Our current Supervisor Jason took over on October 2025. Since taking over, they have been professional, proactive, and an excellent communicator. They are clearly working hard to fix the mess left behind by the previous management of our site. While the contract (Section 8) protects the builder with a 20% interest penalty on owner delays, the company has offered zero accountability for their own failure to manage their staff. ​Summary: The quality under the new supervisor is great, but the company’s internal handovers and previous staffing choices have cost us thousands in delays. If you build with them, ensure you have a massive 'Liquidated Damages' amount in your contract to cover their scheduling risks." Currently facing significant additional costs and stress due to their inability to manage the schedule."

would have struggled to get this far through the planning process, as there is A LOT to think about. Tania and I went spent a few days visiting the suppliers and showrooms to do my selections and her insight was invaluable! So good to be able to choose your stone benchtops based off a giant slab, rather than a teeny tiny little sample. She also reviewed our plans with a fine-toothed comb to make sure everything was captured and pratical. With regard to the design, Robert has been amazing. He gave so much great advice and re-worked the design to suit our block and our lifestyle to a tee! Can't wait to see the finished result!

Paul, who has the patience of a saint, and Sarah, Jane and Leanne who got me to the building stage. Nothing was ever too hard or too much bother for them. I have a beautifully finished home that was kept in budget and on time. I did not even worry about driving back and forth from Perth to check on the build as Paul kept me so well updated with photos, online portal and via text when I had questions. We are doing a one off design and there has been a lot of back and forth to get things right.
