Best builder in Perth – We build with Summit Homes and was an amazing experience. Development consultant Ewan McDonald was very patient with us and he has vast experience with development projects. initial process with Andy my Designer, he made himself available at all hours to answer my many questions. With my family having experience building homes in the past, it was great to speak with the Summit Construction Manager Tim to discuss different building techniques that Summit use to ensure I was getting a top quality home. My Client Administrator Zia was super-efficient and was able to guide me through the pre start process to select colours and features in the house. In the end her recommendations look great! My Construction Supervisor Matt was able to build my home to a very high standard and in good time considering all the pressures on trades and suppliers at the moment. He was easy to deal with and treated my home like it was his. I can’t recommend the Summit Developments team any higher. They have made my first home build a rewarding one.

Straight after signing with Summit homes/strata living, probems started. When I was so frustrated with them, I took it on Product review website. Then the above email from Summit homes.

I was so exhausted and sick of calling them and arguing with them to get them to fix some of their mess.

Whenever I see their logo or hear their name, I truly feel sick and want to throw up.

Summit now means nightmare,

Bad experience,

Horrible mistake,

Lifetime regret

His proactive, professional and responsive approach meant that any issues were quickly resolved (if not already actioned before we had a chance to pick them up) – this strong approach/focus to quality and customer service is something that is talked about a lot but rarely seen in practice with site supervisors and it was great to see him surpass our expectations. Lauren - when she took back over the CA of the project, she quickly went to work and ironed out any of the remaining issues with selections or documentation. Her positive, proactive and professional approach goes a long way and in dealing items (both big and small) - she was a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible Experience with Summit Projects – The salesman made a lots of promises before signing the contract. Once the site construction commenced, our nightmare started. anything. Summit projects would not admit their mistakes even if the mistakes were very obvious. Their service was very poor. Their supervisors were very arrogant and not professional. We will never recommend Summit projects to anyone. Summit projects is the worst builder we know.
