I have the Sunbeam Designer Series Glass Kettle KE9400, I would like to purchase a replacement lid or seal..I love the kettle but due to it not sealing, it is very dangerous to use. Any information where i can get the replacement lid, would be greatly appreciated? Thank You

Hi Dagmar. Unfortunately we stopped manufacturing this particular kettle quite a few years ago and we don't have any replacement parts available anymore.
Where can I buy this kettle?
Hi Maria, so sorry to advise that this kettle has been discontinued.....the alternative glass is the KE6400G which is available in Harvey Norman or the KE9500 which is available at Big W. Hoping this helps.
How long is the warranty on this kettle? It stopped boiling the other day. I've had it for about a year and a half. The light goes on, but the water is not even getting warm. After a while, the light just shuts off. What's the best course of action here, Sunbeam? PS. I can't find the receipt anymore.
Hi Andrei, The KE9400 has a 12 month replacement guarantee. Unfortunately your product is outside the warranty period and is not able to be replaced. An option for you would be to contact one of our service agents who specialise in repairing Sunbeam appliances who may be able to fix your kettle.
