Can anyone make mock cream successfully with this mixer? I have given up trying, if I could buy another mixer like my old style one that I've had to replace, I would.

I have a problem using the whisk for a small number, say two, egg whites. Only the bottom of the whisk reaches into the eggs and does not move the egg white. Also difficult to add ingredients without taking the bowl off. My old sunbeam mixmaster allowed the head to be lifted up clear if the bowl.
