I found all the staff at Super Easy Storage so friendly, professional and helpful. Plus it is such a safe and secure place to store things. All of our furniture etc came out of storage looking as good as new. I highly recommend Super Easy Storage.

The two men on the truck were friendly and professional. They performed their tasks very well. The job started a bit late but finished on time. They communicated with us as required. Pleased with the service.

Charged more than the original quote and didn’t feel treated fairly when questioning the extra costs. The removalists themselves were good, but dealing with accounts left a bad taste. Once they have all your belongings, you don’t have much leverage. Disappointing experience — wouldn’t recommend.

didn't have fridge, washing machine, dining table, bed base etc. I have even gone back to the storage calculator post move and entered everything I had and it shows one unit yet I had quite a lot that didn't make it in. This lead to a lot of stress for me on the day, some items I had to give away because I didn't have time to organise another storage unit, and additional expense to move my left over items to a friends.

I appreciate that both online calculator and the sales teams can only give an estimate/no guarantee however I was shocked by how off it was. I'd say unless you have only a studio or live a very minimalist existence one is not enough.

and more difficult. I was so relieved when my circumstances changed and I was finally able to retrieve my things and close my account with them. -and even that was an unnecessarily difficult process. Having said that- the warehouse staff and delivery drivers are friendly and helpful- it’s a shame the rest of the business isn’t so.

Best movers I’ve used. Arrived right on time, listened to all instructions, were careful with all items and packed the module like master level Tetris. Amazing friendly and hard working crew, booking experience was super easy also!

Used to move store and move again 4 months later. Very efficient and friendly. Seemed a little expensive but they got the job done.

In the time that I sold my house and downsized, Super Easy Storage made the whole experience that much easier by collecting my belongings and keeping them secure until the day I moved into my new residence. Was easy to communicate with from initial contact and consult to planning the booking. Was a last minute booking and fitted me in at a time that suited everyone as it was in a high rise apartment. Great prices much better than a fixed storage unit for our needs. Show reply
