Very friendly customer service and Justin and Josh were just incredible with helping us move out of and into our new place. We had some issues with our move in date and Justin was flexible and super understanding which we appreciated at a stressful time. This was an easy way to store a smaller amount of stuff. Very reasonable price comparatively and easy enough to organise access when needed. All staff are helpful and good communicators.

Great service and terrific experience with this team! They were punctual and locking in a time was easy. They called the day before then text an hour before arriving . We booked two movers to help load two pods and they were amazing. Professionally wrapped our valuables, including two marble side boards and a marble dinning table. Very professional and helpful. Excellent service. Team initially came to pack our goods and did a great job. Were very careful moving delicate items. When returning our furniture to our new home they were on time, efficient and very helpful.

The storage container was brought to my office we loaded it in an hour while the driver waited. Intermittent access was easy and punctual. Final unloading was just as easy. Highly recommended service.

This time, they were 3 hours late. During the move one of my items was damaged. I spoke to the owner, Neil, at the time it happened and he said they would pay for it to be repaired. After a week of not hearing anything back, chasing up the insurance forms and endless phone calls, again with Neil saying he would sort it, I was told that they would transfer me the cost, and book in the repair - I still have not heard back. I am now taking this matter to VCAT and reading the below feedback it seems like it is a reoccurring theme with this company.

The prices may seem cheap, but will cost you more in the long run! Save yourself the stress and AVOID.

Use at your risk – It may look cheap while getting the quote but you end up paying way more than what is quoted. Not sure where to start...Did not show-up on time, no proper communication, mishandled the goods, damaged but did not take responsibility,damaged the floor while dragging the furniture, increased the price on the second month without informing the list goes on.
