Ali did his best to remove a stain from my rug. The rug was cleaned, he used stain removal & stain protection. I recommend getting a quote up front so no surprises when it’s time to pay.

DO NOT USE. Believe the bad reviews I did not and suffered! – Edit: They have now tried to bribe me with a refund if I take this review down!! clean! I even had to get on my hands and knees and try to vaccume it myself with the guy watching me and not helping. Then he claimed pet hair was a different service - which was never expressed on the phone.

They increase price for stairs despite you telling them there are stairs. Tried to claim I did not say “no lift” Worst service ever and the man was very threatening and insulting. Seriously pay more and go through a reputable company.

Excellent – They cleaned carpets/Settees throughout the house and they look and feel like brand new. Service end to end was unbelievable. (Quote to clean) Nothing was an issue whatever we asked. The service was recommended to us by friends.

Excellent – This was my first time using Superior . I was hesitant as my carpet is very very old and was second guessing having it done. Rude and unprofessional service – The carpet was't being cleaned properly, don't know why he was finishing the job in rush, feel being ripped off compare with what I being charged. Once I complained to the man with the poor service, he was very rude and became aggressive, very dissappointed!

a weekly cleaner he said “children are disgusting messy” And “the garden is very bad, you have women doing gardening?”

1. It’s none of his business. 2. It’s a 4 child, 3 adult household! It’s clean but toys and bits of food are behind the couches. I was very offended and I don’t even live in the house.

Will never use again and will recommend others to not use.

I love it – Ali had been our family's first choice for many years when it comes to cleaning.
