Hi, my unit has suddenly stopped working. it clicks constantly, with all 4 buttons flashing constantly, and occasionally beeps. the support team has not been particularly helpful, and so is the manual. I suspect it may be faulty and may be dead - any tips on how to reset It or get rid of the beeping sound ? (other than disconnecting all the wires )
The lights/buttons on the screen keep flashing and don't resond and it keeps beeping.

We moved into our house just on 12 months ago and this system was working but woke up one morning the screen was blank and can not get door camera to respond any suggestions who do l need to ring to get this looked at

Working fine since installed 4 years ago, but there is no melody now, either when doorbell button is pushed or choosing melody on internal unit.

Hi Karen, the one we had didn't need it. Just a section at the back for cables to wire in.

Can i run two buzzers back to the one LCD screen
We have this doorphone and it won't ring inside our house anymore. The volume is turned up and we've tried other ring tones. It rings however when we press the person icon button on the main screen unit. Anyone know why this is happening?
Have just purchased the 7" screen intercom. Any tips before I install?
Hi Kori, I recommend you wire it up and get it working before you mount it. It has a wide view and objects that seem distant to the side can seem impede your view. eg walls, brick pillars. My camera does seem to get a bit of condensation after a few days of rain but drys out and works fine a couple of days later.
