Perfect, Fairdinkum, good old fashioned on shore customer service – At first I was a little disappointed when told my new fixed wireless broadband (non NBN) install may be delayed a week or two, but when I was told it was due to repairs from storm damage existing customers had suffered in the June Storm here in Melbourne, I was happy to wait. It wasn't, after months of dropping out they came out when it became so bad we had no internet for several days. They had failed to line the wireless up with a tower with line of sight. year later we are finally getting starlink because the same issue has started again and they are making us jump through hoop get someone out to align the connection. A previous time a tree grew in front of their tower and they apparently didn't know. Absolute incompetence. My wife works for a telco and I have a CCNA in computer networking, so we aren't clueless either. Unacceptable service, and you very rarely talk to anyone from Australia.

Just hope you dont need support – 2 phone calls, 2 hours. Went through all the testing as if the fault was at my end. Turned off, turned on etc, told to replace cables etc. Only to find out that the service was down. Finally had to explain to them that there was an unplaned outaged - this was on their web page. Maybe you should have checked that first. Staff did not know… Read more

difference between modem and a router. Not as bad a Telstra, but they are certainly trying. Will be going elsewhere.

Fantastic Service – Customer service has really gone down hill from when they first took over NodeOne. The last person I talked to took 10 minutes to try and find my account and then gave me a real run around. I recently had a very positive experience with the laying of optical cable from our gate to house (about 200 metres). The workers were very considerate of our lawn. They used a boring machine rather than a digger and replaced divots of grass over where they needed to dig. ....good result

This product works very well, but only in good weather – The acceler8ted fixed wireless product is only guaranteed to work in good weather and the backhaul system falls back to less than 5 Mbps during heavy rain events. It's great when it works (i.e. 55+ Mbps), but unfortunately, as we have suffered from many severe weather events here in West Gippsland these past four months, the product just doesn't… Read more

live up to the constant spruiking that Swoop gives it on both their website and social media platforms. At least their NBN fixed wireless service is more reliable in wet weather. You could always subscribe to both of these services and get the best of both worlds. Buy a mobile hotspot device as well, then you will have all bases covered for any weather event.
