Just hope you dont need support – 2 phone calls, 2 hours. Went through all the testing as if the fault was at my end. Turned off, turned on etc, told to replace cables etc. Only to find out that the service was down. Finally had to explain to them that there was an unplaned outaged - this was on their web page. Fantastic Service – Customer service has really gone down hill from when they first took over NodeOne. The last person I talked to took 10 minutes to try and find my account and then gave me a real run around. The stability of their wireless internet has been flaky for the area over the last 30 days especially when its hot. Show details

Kris was so helpful… it was complex issue, he persisted with troubleshooting and talked me through it very patiently even though I was very stressed as it’s accommodation.

We had a great experience when trying to find the problem to our internet connection. Mau was able to find the problem and help us figure out how to solve our problem.

I recently had a very positive experience with the laying of optical cable from our gate to house (about 200 metres). The workers were very considerate of our lawn. They used a boring machine rather than a digger and replaced divots of grass over where they needed to dig. ....good result

Speedy service – The staff at this company are fantastic, especially for someone like me who is wifi illiterate. Within 24 hours I had a technician come and fixe the problem. This product works very well, but only in good weather – The acceler8ted fixed wireless product is only guaranteed to work in good weather and the backhaul system falls back to less than 5 Mbps during heavy rain events. live up to the constant spruiking that Swoop gives it on both their website and social media platforms. At least their NBN fixed wireless service is more reliable in wet weather. You could always subscribe to both of these services and get the best of both worlds. Buy a mobile hotspot device as well, then you will have all bases covered for any weather event.
