Swoop Broadband tries to Steal Customers' money even after they cancel the service – Swoop lack Customer Service skills and fraudulently ignore written requests to cancel their service even after they admit they received numerous requests to cancel their service. Do not join Swoop Braodband as they will try to steal funds from your bank account even after you give them plenty of notice. I will be lodging a complaint with Fair Trading and the TIO to stop this company from stealing peoples money.

person on fone knew nothing – female operator. Was on hold for over 1hour 10mins only to be told "there's a problem with NBN" - something which was blindingly obvious. The situation was resolved 3 days later by a male who actually understood what he was talking about - I was offline for a week because this particular operative knew nothing

Our connection newly set up wasn’t working and despite a few attempts to reboot and reset the modem to check the configuration settings I couldn’t get anywhere. Excellence customer service from Nadine C – Internet service is good and working for 2 years with only like 5 drops out during that period. However, the one reason that made me want to do this review is outstanding customer service from Nadine C. She is very helpful to fix my billing problem due to their transitioning into new billing system. She fix the issue in less that 5 min while other staff advice me to wait for update from account department (2 days pass since) . Thanks Nadine C. Show details

Good response – I amended this review because I was contacted by Swoop Team and they rectified the issue. I had a contract for two years, and the plan was 79 for 12 months, then 89, as part of that the equipment was renewed because the older version was not suitable. However, after 12 months, they started charging me 99 instead of 89, and I was told prices went up. What is the point of the contract then ? Show details · 1
