My household usually has 2 devices playing online gaming, sometimes 3 at the same time as a 4th device streaming. All of this is done during peak periods. issues and long term drop outs have been caused by NBN and not swoop. I have found swoop to be a reliable product and reasonably priced. The staff are really helpful and understanding. I have been a customer for 5 years now and have no intentions of looking for a different service. I have included 2 screen shots of speed tests taken. I was outside, approximately 6 meters from my router and using a cheap-ish android phone.
Over the moon – WOW. On the phone for support and told 5 mins. Within 2 minutes Miko answered. Miko was awesome and solved our problem superfast in like 3 minutes. Best support I have ever ever had off any telco ever. Top Ratings and 5 stars for Miko. Thank you. Show details

Worst Customer Service – Customer service for sales wasn't good, I have changed my mind from 250 to 100 to change the plan on sale price period to the lower speed but now I have received an invoice without discount, even I had an email from Swoop, they didn't change my invoice and asked me to pay 94$ and it wasn't fair. Used to be amazing, sold out and moved overseas – Been onboard with swoop since they were called DCSI local company in Melhourne. So disappointed in Swoop the last month. Constant outrages zero help from customer service. Tech support has clearly been moved overseas. 3rd tech support guy bricked my router and had to recover from previous backups. Very helpful. I had a unique double billing issue that my customer service representative worked hard to solve for me.
