Absolutely terrible customer service. Very rude. Had cancelled service and they still took credit card payment. Had no success dealing with overseas call centre staff who were rude. Yeah will not use again or recommend to anyone. Beware and make sure not to give them credit details as they will bill you anyway. Also had issues with them increasing… Read more

Wednesday night. Astounding!

As for modems I ordered the triple eero mesh package thinking I'd need three to reach right around our big house but I got all-house coverage after I powered up the first one! Impressive wifi coverage, impressive features accessed via their app, including children-friendly features. The modems seem to be an Amazon product. You can buy them a bit cheaper from Amazon but get them from Tangerine and they'll be there the next day via courier.

Download speed slightly *exceeds* the maximum I ordered!

Thoroughly recommend Tangerine and the eero modems. Fast delivery, fast internet, fast wifi, wide wifi coverage.

WOW Great Price Lean Mean NBN – I had a Eero 6 Modem, when I googled providers I could take my modem to Tangerine was a option. Look do your homework it's no point having a modem if it's no supported. I see a lot complaining, do your homework first like I did. anywayThe key is to NOT CANCEL YOUR SERVICE FROM YOUR EXISTING PROVIDER otherwise it can take days weeks even to complete vs Hours. If you dont buy their modem make sure you know how to put the tangarine settings into your modem otherwise ring tech support or eeros or Netcom and your up & running in 10 mins. If you pay upfront with credit card but want to use a different method going fwd LOGIN TO THEIR PORTAL and change it. Pay it a week before or put a reminder, put a reminder in your phone. If you have a problem ring BUT BE NICE AS BEING RUDE AND UPSET WILL GET YOU NOTHING...OH & TRY & LEAVE FEEDBACK WHEN YOU GET A GOOD PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAN WHEN YOUR MAD & UPSET when perhaps you didnt do your research. Swapping I.S.P is not like Power or Utility providers. You must own your modem & it's not locked to another provider because you paid $69 instead of $269. Use your heads or get advice. I'm HAPPY AS A PIG IN..... Reliable product, best of what I have used in my area – NBN can be fickle and intermittent product especially if you live in an older unit complex relying on. FTTC connection. issues and arrogant call centres have all gone with this change to Tangerine. Im often surprised with how steady the speed is. I recommend this product.

I quickly setup my internet and realised it had not been activated yet. called the Tangerine technical support team to understand what was occurring. They then told me it was not activated and transferred me to the activation team. After being on the phone with the activation team for 40mins, I got transferred back to the technical team who told me it would be fixed within 24 hours.

The next day it still did not work and I called back again. I was then told it was activated and should be working, I got transferred to the technical team who told me it is pending activation. I then asked for an NBN fault reference number as it was clearly not working. They told me they cannot give me a NBN reference number as there is no fault and it just needed to be activated. I explained I have an email stating it is active and have had multiple conversations stating it is active.

I have called up 4 days in a row and this issue is still not sorted, I will be cancelling my service before it ever started. This was the worst customer service experience I have dealt with.

Too slow for 100/20 and lots of drop offs. Got promised to be raised to 500/50 automatically after price increased but no response after I've raise a Case with them. product review, I was contacted by their customer service and was given explanation over the issues that I encountered. My final bill was pro-rated in the end. The CS person I talked to was more sympathetic than the previous ones so I give her 4 stars.

to seeing how different speedy is. Didn't realise it was only $4 different yet double the download speed. Sounds like a good plan to be on.

 Follow-up  · The process was smooth to upgrade, however we didn't notice any difference at first, even though the download speed did show it was higher on the Eero app. Our shows still take a little while to load, so not sure what the difference is now either. Regardless of the change in plan, we're still very happy with Tangerine.

 Follow-up  · The swap to Tangerine was seamless and painless. The only noteworthy point is despite our increase in download speed from 50 to 100 it seems no faster on our end. Possibly due to limitations on servers we access for our data.

personal touch. It took more time dealing with Optus to cancel the services I had with them then it took ti activate the services with Tangerine. So far I would definitely recommend Tangerine for excellent customer.

they send me an SMS the SMS never got to me. They tried again. Then one of the guys hung up on me, and tried calling me back on their side, there is a problem with their verification of SMS causse I tried other websites that send you an SMS and I get no problem with the verification. They told me to look in the website for the terms and conditions, that they have the right to charge me again. You can’t get on the website unless you do another verification of this SMS what, they cannot send it to me causse they’re having issues. I never get this verification. I asked one guy if you would please give me your supervisor. He says nothing here has worn to me to give you, my supervisor. So basically, you are robbing me over $89 I’m going to call Consumer Affairs or the police. Now you know why I left you. When I left the other Internet, it went with you. They gave me a refund. You just charge me again even though you do have record of me counselling on December 12, but you’re going to charge me on December 24th. I did up one star but you need to train your staff. I did get a refund but it should not come to these to get it.
