I have a Technika Rangehood Model -Fhee22A9S-2. The fan can not be turned off. it stays on low but you can choose the other speeds settings and it increase from 1 to 4 but when you select the 0 or off it stays on the low setting number 1. Is it the switch that needs replacing or the circuit board?

Hi Simon, both the switch and the pcb would need to be replaced, as a new type of switch is what would be required so too would the new pcb need to be replaced. if you could call our call center on 1800444357 more than happy to explain in more detail what would be required. thanks

My rangehood lights won't work, bought new ones and still not working. If put an electrical testing devide on the wires and it's showing power to the lights

Hi, LED lights on range hood aren't working, I bought new ones but still the same issue. There is definitely power getting to the light as I tested which an electrical testing device. Any tips?

I had this Technika rangehood installed and I'm wondering if the clear small tray under the motor is meant to be removed? as it has been held up by sticky tape.
