Tefal MasterChef Gourmet Questions & Answers
VerifiedWhat is the masterchef cookware made of? Chromium, Nickel, Manganese? Whats the percent of nickel in the stainless steelware?
Does anyone know the actual height of the 24cm stainless steel stockpot. I haven't been able to find it on any of the MasterChef sites. Can only find packing dimensions.
Hi Everyone who has reviewed the Masterchef Cookware, I just thought I would checkout the reviews before parting with some cash, wow, not good, my questions are: are you already cooking with other brands of cookware? Is this burning from the handles just this range of cookware? I have Scanpan and Raco and no burnt hands. regards
I wouldn't part with your money, get 'cool' handles, these are dangerous, the frying pan isn't too bad but no way would I recommend anyone getting a saucepan, they should be withdrawn and/or come with a warning that handles get very hot
I used my pot a few days ago and the handles did not get hot.
Thanks for that feedback. I did read where they said slow heating up helped keep the handles cooler. Rather that a blast of the high end range. Cheers
To all those who have burnt themselves on the handles, the instructions state “CAUTION: Handles may become hot during use. Please use oven gloves at all times”. That’s the downside of being able to use them on the stovetop and in the oven.
I was thinking to buy the stir fry pan but have been told the nonstick coating comes off. Has anyone had this experience.
I am so glad I read these reviews on the MasterChef frying pan thank you I won’t waste my money on them I’ve got saupans with metal handles worst thing I ever bought
