Hi. Check youre not saving videos or holding too many photos as this slows,it down. Also check your apps n games in play store to see if your APS are up to date. Next check system update to make sure its current. Also if youve any more than three APS open at a time then youll run slow
Yeah agree, too little memory slows things down. Get a good micro card with plenty of memory and move any stuff you want to keep to that from the phone internal memory. Keep as little as you can on the internal. I also remove apps I don't use, waste of space, frees things up a bit. Be wary of updates, they are not always all they are cracked up to be.
I've been Trying to buy a Telstra pre paid 4GX from woolies but I've forgotten the name & the Staff are useless,, I finally found them yesterday But I didn't have the 3G Smart they'd sold me to do a Swap over,, went in today & it Almost got to a yelling match,,

the phone keeps going into lock,how can I stop this?
Sorry, but I do not know how to prevent the issue. It has not happened with the two phones we own.
Return it.
Go to your settings go to personal settings remove lock
does the 4gx have gps?
