Cabrio 90 Single Wall Bed – David was very helpful and knowledgeable about all products in store and was able to help us choose the best option. The desk has plenty of room for two. However, I have had over time, on & off, some problems with the remote control. When I spoke with Ben today, he patiently navigated me through the usual rectification steps for resetting it. Then he suggested the bed control app. on my mobile phone, which he kindly helped me with over the phone. All of this took quite some time. So glad I can use this adjustable feature again & it's working smoothly & reliably now. I'm very grateful to Ben for his patience, understanding & excellent customer service to me to get the problem resolved quickly. that they're just too darn expensive to justify. That would be a mistake. These are the Italian Ferrari version of wall beds, solid, sleek & elegant, but more importantly, so obviously the very best quality and craftsmanship. We installed ours using the provided instruction booklet, which took us a day, but I wouldn't recommend unless you are a very handy DIY type (its not Ikea) & Comfort Shop's installer will save you the effort for a small fee. I imagine when you buy a Ferrari you smile every time you see it or sit in it, and that's how I feel about our clever wall bed/lounge, even my husband now agrees it was worth the money. Sharyn.
A very easy and hassle-free experience – Visited the Crows Nest store in April 2020 to buy a memory foam mattress to replace an ageing Aussie 'futon' that had lost its mojo and was no longer doing my osteoarthritic hip any good. for my circumstances. Had been thinking of a latex mattress, but the minimal maintenance required of the memory foam option convinced me to go for that. Spent 15 minutes or so just lying on a few different mattresses to confirm it was the right choice. Helps that the store is pleasantly lit and painted so as to totally relax the customer. The advice from the sales fellow included that it could take up to six months before my back thanked me for the new mattress, based on the his own experience with that mattress. Also purchased a memory foam pillow the same day. Visited again in September 2020 to buy a steel bed frame with dual wood slat system. Again, a smooth and pleasant experience. Helped that I had researched the product range, but the visit to the store confirmed my choice. Love the manual adjustable back rest feature of the frame, which is easy to operate and perfect for day napping after a big lunch or pre-bedtime reading. Delivery of both the mattress and bed frame also went smoothly, and am loving that there is unimpeded storage space under the new bed frame (unlike my old futon slat base which was not on legs). All in all a flawless experience. Wouldn't hesitate to go back for another product if required, and in fact may drop by to pick up a bed head at some point.

We are long term customers and have two of your queen beds plus recently purchased a fold up bed. Queen beds are superb but have two minor faults. These are :- 1. The small keepers that modify the stiffness of the springing constantly fail - I replace them as they do and also reinforce them with electrical tape to get more strength. Simple fix… Read more · 1
would be to make them a bit bigger or thicker or of stronger material. 2. The units that support the timber springing often used come out of the holes in the rails or the springing itself comes out of the rubber support - this only happened on my side of the bed where the load is about 105Kg. This happens because the side rail flexes or twists iI am guessing, so I have placed a stainless steel threaded rod roughly at the centre of the rail connecting it to the central rail. If done in the bottom third of theb railm it does not impinge on the springing.. Simple fix would be to do this with purpose made rods. D
This company sell wonderful mattresses. They are a great company to deal with and delivered the mattress on time and located it where I had requested it to be. This involved moving other mattresses to different beds in the house and removing one as agreed at the time of purchase. Show details · 1

The bed was in stock and fully assembled in the store/showroom for viewing and checking out the quality of the assembly and the robustness of the bed base. Finished my small bedroom with class & functionality! – Purchased the Queen bed option with desk - it’s a really well crafted product, easy for me to open out as a bed and easier to fold up again to use the desk.
