Ordered something (A Hatsune Miku figure) as a gift for my sister, two and a half weeks before her birthday, thinking that would be plenty of time for it to ship. The item was then packed and shipped TWO WEEKS after I placed the order, and it didn’t arrive in time for my sisters birthday. After shipping, the item arrived in roughly 5 days, in perfect condition, but the time between order confirmation and the shipment is ridiculous.

I ordered a Pokemon backpack and the order was processed quickly. When there was a delivery delay by Aus Post, the Gamesmen staff followed up and the delivery was made in time for a family birthday. The office staff were helpful, proactive and friendly and the ordered item came in perfect condition. I would definitely order from this vendor again.

Couldn't find the first Mario Party Switch title brand new anywhere, I assume because of its age and being overshadowed by the sequels since, nice to see it available and conveniently deliverable as my local Gamesmen store closed down years ago. Follow-up · The specific problem with ordering on my iPad was that it froze after I clicked ‘pay’ so the order and payment didn’t proceed. I have a 7th gen iPad (yes, I know it’s old, but it works perfectly for everything else). As I mentioned above I was successful using my laptop.

And if I send back with the same packaging I received them in, they may not provide assistance and I will need to pay further. So now I will need to pay extra to include packaging protection that should have already been used by Gamesmen to begin with? Very poor solution to a problem they caused and expect customers to run to the post office for a chance that they will not even assist anyways? Trying to save money by not using packaging protection and forcing consumers to pay on top is poor business, especially when smaller stores are able to look after customers orders much better. Will not be coming back if this is the solution.

on Wed and by Tuesday next week everything was delivered (from NSW to VIC) in excellent condition!!!! Only thing that was on the downside was, although I placed the order at the same time for both items, they came separate, one day apart (one on Monday and the other one on Tuesday). I understand that this is probably an issue of AusPost rather than Gamesmen and on top of that we have the COVID situation but you'd think that in this case they would've travelled and be delivered together.
In summary: Great selection of products, vast inventory, prompt service with great follow up and customer service, easy and smooth procedure throughout!
Will be definitely recommending them and will definitely buy from there again!
