We had the shower and vanity re-grouted by Brendan from the Grout guys and he was very polite and very professional in everything he did.We were exceptionally pleased with the entire experience.
Thank you to Hardeep who arrived on time, was very professional and extremely hard working when he regrouted the shower in my family bathroom. The shower looks brand new again and I'm extremely happy with the job.

after one year I visited my property after one year and walls behind my bathroom were damaged with the water leak and i ask them come and have a look one of the person from grout guy came and he looked into it and told me the boss will call you. Boss called me told me that they can’t do anything only can refund the money then I hired independent plumbing company they sent me report that it is happening because of the grout guy didn’t do the job properly. I contacted The Grout Guy the person name [Name Removed] said they can’t do anything only thing they can do is to refund the money that’s it but cost repair is very high. So I’m going with the lawyer and also I’ll raise the issue through Current Affairs soon. So pls avoid this company they only want your money. I want to give zero star but there is no zero star.

The Grout Guy’s are terrible, do not use them! They are super expensive and their work is horrible. The grout was not too bad apart from chipping a couple of tiles, but their silicone work is appalling. They also hung sheets up in our bedroom to separate the bathroom and took off a heap of paint off the walls, they didn’t say anything about it and just left thinking we wouldn’t notice. Person who came to quote was extremely knowledgeable and great. But work was below standard with grout left over tiles and tapware, gaps, damaged a tile (we luckily had a spare) but new tile not layed plush with others. All photos attached are after work supposedly completed. It will be a week from work before someone can come and have a look to see what needs to be fixed but shower can't be used as not guaranteed that it is waterproofed. Show details

We had our 30-year-old shower regrouted by the Grout Guy. Ram did a fantastic job; it looks like new! Very happy. The whole process was easy, and the communication was prompt and clear at every step. Before and after photos shown.

proceeded with the epoxy upgrade specifically for that reason. Now the grout has failed, and despite the written warranty, they are refusing to honour it. Calls and follow-ups have gone nowhere. What was sold as a long-term, premium solution has turned into a costly mistake. A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it—and in this case, it means nothing. Avoid them for good.
Follow-up · I called Grout Guy for a new quote for other bathrooms and they came. The guy who came said it should be covered under warranty but the person who called couple of days later said it isn't. Since the reply from Grout Guy, I called again and they said someone will call. But no one called. You have my details so call me.
Would be nice if they actually showed up for the assessment. After waiting 1.5 hours called customer service which of course is closed. They did call back to advise Richard had called me??? Ummm no, no call no nothing! Wouldn’t waste my time! Will be going elsewhere.
Follow-up · Days prior to the scheduled appointment I received reminder emails and sms. They did call me twice to offer to reschedule after the no show of their employee. Booking was easy with a phone call from them after my inquiry.

I was very happy with the work that was done on my shower recess. He was punctual, pleasant, respectful of my space and responsive to my needs (I work from home so had to work while he was there) and cleaned up beautifully. He did a great job and I have no hesitation in recommending his work.

Please do not use this company,I'm a carer and saved for many years to replace my shower . The grout guys charged over $8000 just for the shower and the shower has leaked every year multiple times. From a rude installer to more damage and leaking showers I highly recommend not to use
Poor experience. Discovered the shower floor was chipped by the Grout Guy after he left. Did not let us know. Initial repair by Grout Guy was faulty. Second repair needed. Five weeks without use of the shower! No compensation offered or received.
These guys came out a year ago to regrout my ensuite shower and second shower. Unfortunately after a year whatever they did it didn’t solve my issues and I’m still having leaking issues and I believe they didn’t remove all the grout and just went over what was there orginally. Now the grouting they did is already “coming out” and I’m now paying another company to fix it. Show details

The Grout Guy did some grout repairs for me a little over two years ago. Unfortunately the grout was again coming adrift but they returned promptly to fix the work at no cost. I do recommend this company.

a tidy-up for some sections of grout around 600mm up from the floor on the 3 walls.
The representative who called us explained that notwithstanding what we need, they have what I'd refer to as a "fixed scope of work" that, without an onsite inspection, encompasses the floor (that's on a base of mortar with no grout), re-grouting the tiles from floor to ceiling, placing that horrible silicone around the screen, and more....
I can understand that they'd want to re-grout and seal the entire shower recess for warranty purposes, but as there's no point disturbing surfaces that are perfectly fine, we'll instead look for a Handyman, and suggest that others in our situation do the same.

I would give these guys a zero if I could. I had a quote to retile my two bathroom, and on completion of the work I realized some parts of the bathroom were not re grouted even though this was advised to them at the time of the inspection. So they charge a full bathroom re-grouting fee just to redo the shower grouting only. I could do this myself ! What an expensive rip off. Very dishonest people. I will not use these guys again.

chips and the grout colour is extremely uneven throughout and looks ugly! We hired your company to fix a leak and whilst we appreciate that it doesn’t leak anymore , it looks like rubbish, the silicon was EVERYWERE that it shouldn’t have been, it’s lumpy and uneven. For $1200, we expected a lot better workmanship, Perhaps if your guy wasn’t on the phone the whole time it would have been better. He didn’t even bother cleaning anything after himself, the whole bathroom was covered in dust. Definitely don’t don’t recommend.
