Deceptive company. Exceptionally poor quality product. Ring (14K Yellow Gold) in early November 2021. I had never bought from the Littl before and only bought jewellery from Prouds etc., but my sister-in-law had the Zodiac earrings and I loved the design of these (and their other pieces) so went out on a whim. I wasn't initially impressed because they sent me the 12mm Zodiac earrings, not the 15mm Zodiac earrings, but I overlooked this because, even though there was a higher price charged for the 15mm so I had paid slightly more for something slightly less, I didn't want the hassle of a return and they were cute.
Within 6 months and with next to no wear (and storage only in the Littl box and fabric bag), the necklace was tarnishing all over. I eventually contacted the Littl in July 2022 advising them of this (with pictures), and asking whether this was normal of their product. I explained I had only worn the necklace a couple of times for short periods with no sweat or water contact. They said it was strange that it would be doing this, but recommended a little scrub with regular toothpaste. I tried with no luck.
I followed up again in September 2022 to mention the discs on the earrings were tarnishing as well (with more pictures attached). The response was to displace blame to me, saying: "Our best guess is that it's caused by shampoo/conditioner/lotion residue that can get stuck, and over time darken. Unfortunately, your items are no longer covered by our warranty, but we are happy to offer you a discount if you would like to repurchase these items!"
In my response I explained that, like I had said in my original email, I had only worn the necklace a couple of times for short periods, and it never touched water or sweat. I don't wear makeup, lotion etc. so there is absolutely NO chemical that has come into contact with it to cause tarnishing. Same for the earrings and I had literally barely worn those too. I expressed my disappointment at spending a lot of money on items that were already heavily tarnished and tarnishing, and noted that I would not be using the discount code to buy further products that would likely tarnish too. They responded with: "I am so sorry to hear this happened, as it is quite unusual for these products :("
All up I spent $351.52 and that translated to a couple of times wearing something that degraded insanely rapidly through no fault of my own. I haven't worn any of the items since contacting the Littl because they were too tarnished. I found the earrings, necklace and ring today (still in their original Littl boxes and fabric bags) and they are even more tarnished (the necklace is particularly horrendous). Absolutely do NOT buy from this company. Their claims that their material is more durable is a lie and consumer deceit (if they were so durable, they wouldn't start tarnishing well within a year of purchase with next to no wear). I see that the front of their website now has the words "No Fading or Tarnishing" thrown around, which, again, is a complete lie and contrary to the experience of myself and many others on third-party review websites such as Product Review (the reviews on their official website appear suspiciously curated to reflect only positive reviews).
Attached are two photos of the necklace for reference. Should anyone dispute the legitimacy of this review, I have my order and payment receipt emails, all emails back-and-forth to the Littl from the dates specified (including photos of the necklace and earrings), and all tarnished items still housed in their original box and fabric bags. Would give zero stars if I could. Should be referred to the ACCC for false and misleading claims.

I have ordered a number of pieces from Littl over the years and am yet to be disappointed!! Every piece has been exceptional and amazing quality. Pieces can be worn daily and dressed up as needed. I often get comments and asked where I got my pieces from. Just wish there was more available in silver as I’m not a gold person.

The silver tone is completely off compared to any real silver jewellery I own, and the craftsmanship feels cheap. I only tried on one earring briefly and instantly knew the quality didn’t match what was advertised.
To make matters worse, the website offers no clear way to return the product, even though it was falsely marketed. Overall, I feel misled and regret the purchase. I would not recommend buying from this store unless the quality and return process improve significantly.

I can confidently say you won’t be disappointed when buying from The Littl, my pieces are now over 3years old, and I can say I’ve worn my hoops for atleast 1.5-2yrs straight and they’re still in such great condition!
