Over quoted us for an end of lease clean. Then had to return back to the property as it wasn't thoroughly clean, with dust and dirt still left around. They also damaged the shower rail and never took accountability. Shocking service and company would not recommend.

Hmmm? – Hi ... Initially I was told that they needed 5 hours to bring the house up to Standard. Texting, after I came home, I was told it took them 7 hours, so I told them to cap it at 3 hours next time. I paid for the 7 Hours thinking Hmmm? " We need to finish this in an hour max " Hmmm? They left after 1 and a half hours, so I rang head office to complain. I was told it is standard practice to have 2 cleaners. paying for 3 hours meant 1 and a half for 2 people. that should have been explained to me from the start. I then had cameras installed to see the times that they come and go. Next visit they left after 7 mins. So I rang them and was told they felt sick and couldn't clean my house anymore because they could smell cigarettes.

Didn't came, canceled in last moment – He didn't came, cancelled at last moment .some one from customer care told he has some emergency. As there is a contract with real estate that when we move out we need to clean using professional cleaners and need to hand over the receipt, any way lost my rental bond amount due to this
