engaged with Upper Coomera Local Guys Pest Control, and consider myself lucky that I came across that specific Upper Coomera franchise when obtaining quotes, as I couldn't ask for more thorough, well priced and such knowledgeable industry experts! From my initial inquiry with booking specialist Amy, to my interaction with Dan who performed the actual treatment, in my view, there was nothing short of excellence! Before the treatment started, I was provided with Dan's full list of compliance (inclusive of valid Blue card, First Aid/CPR, Police check) and relevant accreditation, which gave me a huge peace of mind, knowing who was entering our Participant's home. I myself had to support/facilitate this treatment alongside our Participant, however personally have a phobia of cockroaches, this is where I received huge support from both Amy and Dan, they were extremely patient, understanding and personable in that regard. Both Amy and Dan went above and beyond what my highest expectations were. I have never seen before someone so articulate with performing the spray, ensuring every nook and cranny attended to, not to mention the great pre-treatment information received to prior to, to ensure adequate prep for best treatment success. The communication provided from start to finish was faultless, and I found their price the most affordable Gold Coast/QLD wide. Most fundamentally, the level of knowledge, expert advise and quality of work performed was honestly next to none I have ever experienced. Their genuine care factor really goes a long way!
At this present time, we will be utalising Upper Coomera Local Guys' Dan and Amy for all our Participant's pest controls and termite inspections across the board! Additionally also for our personal homes, as they also offer payment plans (if need be) and can accommodate busy working individuals to cater to their available time. Persistence pays off – Shaun got the job done! I had a HUUUUGE paper wasp nest TEN metres up a tree. The nest was the size of two large AFL footballs. Follow-up · We had problems with ants coming in and a few cockroaches. Haven't seen any since, seems to have worked. Very reasonable price, much lower than others. Came out very promptly and took about 2- 3 hours inside and out of 2 storey house. Satisfied customer.
