Nothing short of Excellence!!! – We are an in-home disability care provider company and one of our Participants had experienced an extreme German cockroach infestation in their home. The infestation was advanced, spread far and wide and our company Director had made the decision to fund the treatment for the Participant, to ensure their health and general well being. engaged with Upper Coomera Local Guys Pest Control, and consider myself lucky that I came across that specific Upper Coomera franchise when obtaining quotes, as I couldn't ask for more thorough, well priced and such knowledgeable industry experts! From my initial inquiry with booking specialist Amy, to my interaction with Dan who performed the actual treatment, in my view, there was nothing short of excellence! Before the treatment started, I was provided with Dan's full list of compliance (inclusive of valid Blue card, First Aid/CPR, Police check) and relevant accreditation, which gave me a huge peace of mind, knowing who was entering our Participant's home. I myself had to support/facilitate this treatment alongside our Participant, however personally have a phobia of cockroaches, this is where I received huge support from both Amy and Dan, they were extremely patient, understanding and personable in that regard. Both Amy and Dan went above and beyond what my highest expectations were. I have never seen before someone so articulate with performing the spray, ensuring every nook and cranny attended to, not to mention the great pre-treatment information received to prior to, to ensure adequate prep for best treatment success. The communication provided from start to finish was faultless, and I found their price the most affordable Gold Coast/QLD wide. Most fundamentally, the level of knowledge, expert advise and quality of work performed was honestly next to none I have ever experienced. Their genuine care factor really goes a long way!
At this present time, we will be utalising Upper Coomera Local Guys' Dan and Amy for all our Participant's pest controls and termite inspections across the board! Additionally also for our personal homes, as they also offer payment plans (if need be) and can accommodate busy working individuals to cater to their available time. Thank you Amy and Dan for being so positively involved in our community, making such a difference to the health and well being of your clients, this truly aligns with our mission and you have us, as your clients for life! -T.B

To say we had a BIG house ant problem was an understatement, and none of the usual deterrents that normally worked were keeping this lot out. Based on our local Facebook community page's recommendations, we called the Local Guys. We spoke to Daniel who came out and treated our property, both inside and out. Really lovely guy, who took the time to… Read more · 1

Dan & Amy run a great business. Dan supplied some baits that I urgently needed during the busy holiday period on a very short notice. And then came back and properly sprayed and did the whole routine at a later time. Its great to deal with them and they provide a quality and reliable service. Show reply

Always get the job done professionally and proficiently. This is my 3rd time, I’m at new premises now and encountered 8 huntsman spiders in 4 days . Haven’t seen once since Local Guys have been, it’s been a month!!! I always wait a little time after before writing reviews, that was I can give an accurate honest review. From start to finish, the experience was 10/10. The most friendly and helpful lady on the phone, they were on time - even a little ahead of schedule but also txt to say they were coming a bit earlier. Not only that but they did the most excellent job spraying my house - it has been over a month and I haven’t seen a spider or cockroach since.… Read more · 1
