We had a pigeon infestation in the roof space of our apartment block with over 100 pigeons nesting in our roof!! I called a number of companies and could not even get a supplier to come and take a look without charging me over $200. Other suppliers also told me that I would need to get multiple different suppliers to come and rectify the problem… Read more · 1
(a roofer, a pest control expert and a supplier to replace the insulation in the roof.
Raj came out, did a thorough inspection of the roof, identified the problem and provided a full solution. He took photos and provided very sound advice. The project was done in stages starting with removing the pigeons as humanely as possible, getting a roofer in to repair the roof, cleaning up the roof space and replacing the insulation and baiting the roof, as it was also discovered that the pigeon eggs had attracted rats, so we also had a rat infestation.
Raj and his team were very solution focussed. I was kept up to date with progress as they went along, and received videos of the repairs as they were completed.
I highly recommend the Local Guys who provided me with a complete solution to a very challenging problem. The team followed all required safety protocols and delivered a fantastic outcome. Raj continues to come back to the property to check the bait traps and top them up to ensure that we rectify the rat issue.

Debatable outcomes – John and Raj are pleasant and knowledgible young men who were in tune with my attitude towards poisons, ie preventing poisons from making their way into the food chain via poisoned animal carcasses Your product seems to address this issue partly but I don't think completely Thank you John and Raj

entrance and exit points, but unfortunately there were still activities. I was able to message Clive at whatever times, including 4am and without fail, Clive would get back to me as soon as he can and come by. He came out multiple times to make sure this rodent issue is resolved and all possible entrance and exit points are blocked and baited. I'm now seeing less or no more activities. Clive definitely went beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.

Jason treated our property for household pests and rodents. He is very knowledgable and informative and gave us great advice. I found Jason to be polite, respectful and courteous. We followed those instructions and had no problems.
Prior to the treatment, we were finding spiders including red backs in the garage and huntsmans inside and outside of the house. We have an arachnophobic child, so this was very bad.
Since the treatment, we have not had any problems with pests at all! I can confidently recommend Jason to spray and treat your property for pests and rodents.
