horrible banana lolly taste. Im trying to mix the banana with other flavours like store bought bitter dark choc powder kinda works but your need loads of it as the Banana flavour is to high and mixing other Man shake flavours like the choc flavour but the banana is sweet it takes over the flavour profile. i guess no returns policy i have to put up with it, it was already expensive per 15meal packet at $50. Anyway i wont be ordering banana flavour again along with Vanilla flavour i rather have the real banana fruit thing which can sometimes be savoury or tart actually i might be that desperate to blend this into real bananas. Why cant you make a toned down less sweet range that is more savoury. For example the Danone YoPro Banana Yoghurt does the Banana justice.

the bullet and give the man shake a good try. 10 Days in and 4Kgs lost. You need to ignore the negative reviews and try it for yourself and make up your own mind like I did. Most of the negative reviews relate to taste and the consistency. I hate rhubarb and pumpkin. The thought of it makes me gag. My wife loves it. Does that make it bad??? No. Get my point? With regards to consistency/sludge!!! you need to use cold water from the fridge. Don't use tepid water from the tap. You wouldn't drink a warm coke or milkshake surely? Don't leave it sitting around for an hour getting warm. One shake for breakfast and Lunch with a couple of snacks during the day and a pretty much normal dinner. I Have missed eating during the day so on day 6 I had sushi for lunch which I didn't really enjoy. This does not have to be a strict program to lose weight. It works like it says on the tin and the more you put in the more you lose. Strawberry, Vanilla and chocolate are great with Banana being my favourite. At lunch I add a table spoon of Chia seeds and leave for 10 minutes to make it like a creamy desert. Its easy, its tasty, It works so I recommend this to anybody.

It works – I’ve lost 20 kgs in less than four months on the man shake. Replacing 2 meals most days and snacking on protein bar and fruit in between. Cant speak any more highly. Show reply

Banana and honey easier to drink however the after taste makes me feel a bit sick using honey comb at the moment still not great tried different amounts of water with all flavours and mixed fruit etc however it does work with losing weight lost about 10kg will try other alternative brands as can't handle after taste.

Gave little benefit with added bonus of bloating! – Replaced my breakfast and lunch with shakes for a few months, as well as dramatically improved what I ate, and lost around 1kg and gained a tonne of bloating. It really works – I started replacing my lunch at work with 2 scoops of this, one cup of water and one cup on milk. Started with a few days a week and went up to 5 days a week. have a full checkup every year and everything is normal and healthy as well. I would recommend it in moderation as meal replacement.

Like the texture, hate the chemical flavours – I've used Optislim in the past, and found the flavours quite palatable, but I would have to say that Man Shake flavours have been pretty terrible so far. hard to get down. On the plus side, I like the thick texture, and I've found that I'm not hungry between breakfast and lunch, or in the afternoon. I'll stick with them for a month and see how I go, but it would be nice if the flavour issue could be addressed. Optislim/fast get it right, how about Man Shake?

All the Lady Shake and Man Shake flavours taste good – Have bought Man shake and Lady shake - first time I tried, it was a vanilla and I took it to work, hated it. Mixed with 350mls water and couldn't get it down, had to chuck it. Mixed with skim milk, almond milk up to 500mls and haven't looked back. Really like all of them. back . I would assume after spending hundreds on this product I would be given some form of respect and arrangements made to return the faulty products. Instead just ignore me instead. I’m also going to contact the fair trade department as I believe I am now entitled to a refund. My advice is stay clear it’s too expensive to recurve poor quality and no support.

Rubbish – The banana had an off malt like taste, it didn't mix well and was very clumpy. I'm lactose intolerant but the website said it contains a minimal amount of lactose to the point where it doesn't affect lactose intolerant people. Man Shake Variety Boxes – I have just finished my 2nd variety box and my 3rd week on the diet. One complaint is that I find the shakes a tad too sweet for my liking. week and have cut out my 'weakness' of biscuits, bread, chocolate bars and stuck to the recommended calorie for my evening meal. My 'blow outs' are Friday's as that's Fish & Chips Day here. I am now going to buy the single pack Banana and my target is to drop down to 73.5. Once I am there I will do my own 'thing' and probably as others have said just buy a good quality protein powder. From what I have found you won't lose weight just drinking these powders, as the packet says you do need to do some other form of exercise.

and its a far superior product for around the same price and tastes great as well as no horrendous after taste plus the fact ive lost 20kgs in 6 weeks of using it which was what i had hoped for from the man shake however over the same period i had only lost around 4kgs and had to deal with the crappy not looking forward to having the shakes feeling dues to the grainy taste whilst dinking it and the harendous after taste
