Hi, I have a ‘The pizza Maker’ oven that I’ve hardly used. Last night it was heating up and tripped one of the fuses in our meter box. Any ideas in what to check or is it stuffed after one use? Thanks

Check that there is no moisture near or around the power cord etc. If it's shorting out it may have a loose wire in the connection

Thanks for the reply. It seems dry as it’s not been used for a year or so. I might have to check the wiring I think

I tried to get a new one for mine but couldn't....have been using it with a cracked stone now for 3 years still works great

Hi, I've had the same problem...tracked the supplier to NZ but still couldn' get a replacement...we still use ours with a cracked stone and it still keeps working....don't know for how long it will last..had ours for a few years now

Buy one on facebook buy and sell page, I found mine on there but didn't come with a manual, and use for spare parts, or at cash converters.

You used tobe able to buy replacments for the black pizza maker but not the red....have not been able to get a replacement for ours...hope this helps

hi guys does anyone know the best way to clean stone - ive tried online and they stated baking soda - its worked a bit but its still stained in some places

We don't clean our stone except to scrape any spills off. It is not recommended to clean with any chemicals.

Hi Guys,

I have a strange question. I bought this Multifunctional Stone Baked oven from DFO Essendon and took it overseas for my mum. But during the transit the stone plate got broken due to mishandling by the staff at the Airport. It has got a big crack right in the middle of the plate. I was just wandering if I can get a replacement for the plate as my mum cannot use this oven unless she get that plate? Please advise with your response it would be greatly appreciated.
