be told that I would be charged a 30% fee to return plus a pick up fee of around $125 (cant remember the exact amount but thats near it) I asked why I hadn't t been told about the 30% and Helena (Hornsby store) got quite unfriendly and said its in the Terms and Conditions. How about directing me to them before the purchase or using your 'customer service skills' to advise me of them. Honestly, it was all downhill after that, unfriendly, not interested, unhelpful. Would NEVER buy from this company again. Have heard similar stories from friends and relatives. Much better service elsewhere and (thank God) much more competition.

can’t find the base We where told we have to sleep on the floor We are 75/78 years old We can’t sleep on the floor We asked them when are they coming they couldn’t give us an answer as they couldn’t find the base Really how can you sell a mattress with out finding the base We where very upset as we all ready purchased another base for the second mattress They delivered the mattresses but with no bases We had to go back to the store and asked for full refund as we couldn’t sleep on the floor with two knee replacement and heart issues plus hip replacement They had no empathy at all as we called the manager of Sleeping Giant and his customer service was very poor and disgusting As we asked for full refund and left the store in half an hour they find the base Really what is this ? We also purchased a spray protector for $ 29 dollars that the lid was all broken and asked for another they answered was we put sticky tape They only concern was how to make a sale and take your money The guys that delivered the mattress we asked them to take the rubbish with the as they where going to take the other mattress they refused After all it is the cartons and the plastic of the mattress We find this a disgusting poor after sale customer service We will never purchase or Recommend Sleeping Giant to anyone one I will make sure I will tell all my lady’s in the pool Very poor service

many places. We reported within 2hrs of delivery and after lot of efforts in sending emails for about 4days with countless photos and videos they blamed our bed base. Such companies should be ashamed of running the business to scam the customers. I shared them photos of our bed base in multiple angles and still they balme our bed base. Worst thing is all this happened in just 4days from the time of delivery. I even asked them to come and take a look by themselves but they don’t have guts to come and look at their faulty product.

The only thing I would like to add is that the base in the store is a firmer support than the bed frame you have shown in the photos attached.

I went to the store at least 5 times and laid on every mattress several times before deciding on the Art and Science Gold plus balanced comfort in a King Size. I have now slept on the Gold plus balanced comfort for about a week. It is supportive, yet gentle on shoulders and hips when I sleep on my side. I am very grateful that the 30 night comfort guarantee resulted in an exchange for a more comfortable yet supportive mattress. This mattress is also a lighter than the platinum mattress, making it easier to change sheets. The staff at the Kotara Sleeping Giant are excellent and the quality of the mattress for its price is hard to beat.

Made a warranty claim on a mattress I purchased in 2019. Claim was denied as they blamed me for the stitching coming undone. Claimed I lifted it from the top edge, which is impossible due to how heavy it is. There are handles on the side for lift it. The Sleeping Giant and how this process went. I was very happy and content with my mattress. The staff in the store were great back in 2019 and let me try all the mattresses in the store. The one I purchased is so comfortable and perfect for my back. Now dealing with their warranty staff has turned me off ever buying from them again. They never called, just emailed, never apologised for the mattress falling apart. Obviously an inferior product if it just going to fall apart after only 5 years.

Rethink your purchase and ensure your warranty is actually worth while.

sleep on the floor for a week until the base could be delivered. It was 1130am and they were not rectifying there mistake by offering to deliver the base today. I also have a nice dirt mark down my hall where they dragged the mattress in, instead of carrying it. Really poor service, don’t waste your money here.
