In fact, after placing the order, I found one couple outside SG store, whom I saw earlier in Amart, looking for mattresses. Then I suggested them to go inside and have a look at the mattresses. I even asked them to meet Joe :)

and call you back" they said. Didn't receive a call back. Chased the warranty team again, they said they will call me back. Surprise, they didn't call. I sent an email to the store and warranty people, and called a fourth time. By the fifth call between the warrant team, they sourced another bed from a local store and it would be delivered in 2 weeks. True to form, they called me today (the day before delivery was to take place) and told me there was a "mishap" and there never was a replacement bed. I asked for an immediate refund which will be 2-3 or maybe 5 business days. What they don't mention, the refund will take place after they collect the old bedroom suite. Seems funny they take your payment within seconds of you swiping your card, but cant press a button at their end to give your money back. I asked if the drivers originally scheduled to drop off the replacement would come and take the entire suite away. Seems a fair question, but no, I would have to wait another week. I gave them the option to collect as scheduled or collect from the footpath at their convenience. Sure enough, the drivers mysteriously became available for the same date/time. My son has been without a bed for almost two months, either sleeping on the mattress or sleeping in our bed which has been fun for my wife and I not to sleep ourselves. We are creeping up to Christmas, I called around some other bed stores and delivery is booked up until the New Year or fast running out. They promise the world to get your money, but can only offer apologies in return.

other stores for a price that was still higher than what we ended up paying at Sleeping Giant. Maria at the store was an expert in finding our same bed and did a wonderful job in ensuring we get a good deal (again). When it came to delivery, the guys said they couldn't get it up the narrow round staircase. They were very polite guys but couldn't do it because the beds were extremely heavy & afraid of breaking the staircase timber frame. I rang the store and Joe organised the warehouse to send 2 more people that same afternoon. Voila! The beds were carried upstairs (after the drawers were taken out as first suggested by Maria). They put it all together - What a great job Sleeping Giant. Will always buy our beds from you. Great service that followed through from the start to the end. Thankyou!

Maria, Sean and Ali were all very courteous and even though I was cancelling things they were patient with me. Nothing was too much trouble. Good experience buying a new bed base with storage draws. Maria store manager – I purchased king single and double bed with bedheads when they were delivered I noticed a tear in the fabric under double bed base. Delivery guy said he will organise someone to call me back I waited all day no one called me back.Next day I called the store Maria wasnt available she called me within hour and organised delivery for new one to be replaced and other been picked up.
