Really rude and unacceptable phone customer service and delivery – Staffs in the shop are friendly, but the online customer service is really rude. Delivery cost $80 for only one mattress, even with this kind of money, still delay again and again and again!

Two month's waiting for my bed, still not yet gotten it – On Feb 7th, I purchased a queen bed and other items from the Sleeping Giant Bankstown store, the invoice number is 968222. When I purchased those items, I was informed the queen bed is due on early march, however as of today, I am still sleeping on the floor. that the bed was going to be ready in next couple of weeks. I am wondering how many more couple of weeks I need to wait to get my delivery.

Just got a phone call from Sleeping Giant Bankstown, the customer service representative told me my delivery is going to be delayed again to 19th of April. I asked her if I would definitely get my delivery on 19th, she relied that it is not confirmed, this is just too bad. Last two nights, I slept on the floor with chilling temperature, which made my whole body uncomfortable after waking up in the morning.

Friendly & Informative from.Leonie & Tracey – I went to update and buy a bed and mattress..Though service I received on tge first day frim a lady who was there from Liverpool was giod but not accurate with regards deluvery.. I went to place the order and Tuesday the 10th Oct anf between Leonie and Tracie the service was exceptional..Leonie walked me through the entire kit and kaboodle again .. Art & Science Gold Plus Firm Mattress – Customer service was fantastic. in ensuring my details were correct. Furthermore, It was estimated that on Tuesday (8/08/2023) my mattress would arrive, which it did! I could not fault the Bankstown store or its employees in any way.

The Gold Plus firm is definitely firmer than what we had tried in-store, but it is brand new so it is to be expected. The Dreamsuite waterproof mattress protector was lightweight and easy to assemble. I would definitely come back to shop with Sleeping Giant Bankstown!
