Fabulous customer service – We haven’t experienced excellent customer service like this in a very long time. We originally purchased a bed frame from James Lane, but due to the style, it did not fit in our room. We were informed by JL staff to go to Sleeping Giant due to their more extensive bed display. Bed assembly – The bed is great delivered on time. The assembly instructions were very limited in detail. Also the threads for the screws inserted into the frame where to far back which meant if you used the washers provided you couldn’t start the screws to do up. Also some screws very close to the edge so hard to get a more than a 1/8 turn on each Allan key at a time which made it very difficult to do up. I went to the store at least 5 times and laid on every mattress several times before deciding on the Art and Science Gold plus balanced comfort in a King Size. I have now slept on the Gold plus balanced comfort for about a week. It is supportive, yet gentle on shoulders and hips when I sleep on my side. I am very grateful that the 30 night comfort guarantee resulted in an exchange for a more comfortable yet supportive mattress. This mattress is also a lighter than the platinum mattress, making it easier to change sheets. The staff at the Kotara Sleeping Giant are excellent and the quality of the mattress for its price is hard to beat.

Staff – Donna was so helpful today without queen bed and bedside tables. She showed us how the Bellambi gaslift bed works and the extra storage was a bonus that we didn't expect. King sized Cube Bed – The Bed is lovely and sturdy - however 3 weeks out of warranty and the side rail has split in the joins and is bowing. It has only happened on oneside - thank goodness Sleeping Giant are giving me a new side rail (after a discussion about it being out of warranty) - my last bed frame lasted for 16 years.

Great staff – The sales assistant who helped me with a difficult request was fantastic. Lovely quietly spoken young lady who could not have been more helpful.
