Awesome delivery service! – I ordered my bunk bed from Sleeping Giant at The Grove, Liverpool on a Sunday and items was deivered Wednesday. The delivery was smooth and hassle free as the driver calls me up at 15 minutes before they arrive. The driver and his assistant are courteous and polite. I paid extra for assembly and was definitey satisfied with the end result!  Show details

Never again – I bought a bedroom set, and upon arrival, the delivery men were fast yet quite careful. However, when the time came to assemble the bed, the bed head was damaged to the point where it was visible from afar, and also one of the items delivered was in the wrong colour. The mistakes were fixed with a simple phone call and another delivery was made… Read more

the next day to replace the wrong and damaged order.

Again, delivery man came to deliver the goods and ANOTHER mistake (like c'mon!?). This time the whole bed set was in the right colour, but the wrong size.

Anyways, I was in need of an assembled bed for a few guests in 24 hours, so I decided to keep the WRONG order and decided to buy a new mattress instead.

What a waste of my time, money, and a complete hassle to deal with.
