don't buy – It is now 14 weeks since Sleeping Giant delivered a damaged product twice!! I have been contacted three times by their customer service department who read off from the obligatory script saying they will replace? This is factual not vexatious. to go home and compare the feel with my current mattress so didn’t buy one that day. I went back the next day ready to buy my chosen mattress. Emma wasn’t in the store so Tracey took care of me and she was just as delightful as Emma. What a team! Tracey took care of all the details and gave me a great deal. Bargara bed, Great except middle support legs – The bed is quite well made in all aspects except the exceptionally poor quality of the middle bed support legs. display bed. I should of taken this as a warning. A week later the other two legs that came with the bed have now also broken off and the little rubber support foot was about to break apart as well. Obviously there is a build quality issue with these legs. I don't really want to return this bed at the same time I think a refund of some sort is warranted and some sort of fix.

Still waiting 7 weeks later – Ordered a bedroom suite on boxing day 2020. Everything was in stock except the tallboy, which I was informed would be 3 weeks away. So I went ahead and ordered the suite and got everything except the tallboy. Every time I'm given date for the tallboy is due it's pushed out again. So far I've waited 7 weeks and have now been told it will be another… Read more

3 weeks. I'm stuck now because I have the rest of the suite already. I'll never shop with this company again and I wouldn't recommend them. My advice is if you are getting a matching suite make sure all items are available and if not don't bother, you are just held to random.

Good quality product with friendly staff – Friendly staff who were helpful, and the bed & mattress is very comfortable. However they were misleading when they told me "It's company policy, that we're prohibited from offering free delivery", when I later became aware it was discretionary, and staff could. Poor service – They promised us they had a mattress in stock so I bought it. Three days later they called to say it actually wasn't in stock at all and blamed it on the computer!! Made us wait for one to be brought up from interstate. Any decent organisation would have at least waived delivery fee (which was $80!), but not them. Rude and incompetent.  Show details
