again, although there's been a bit of a change with the materials now used with their 'updated' version. (1) The rubber base is made from a softer and more malleable rubber material, but it is thicker than previously. (2) The round hole on the base for the feed to be accessed is a lot smaller, so I had to enlarge it slightly to be same as before, because it was just too small to get anything through. (3) The webbing and straps are made from a thinner and lighter material, but the verticals all now extend right down the sides connecting the rubber base uprights. Which probably makes it stronger overall. Previously, only two straps extended down to the bottom. The thinner strap going over the neck now tends to curl after some usage. (4) The silver ring at the base (which is used for connecting a leading rope?) is 50 % smaller. Overall, the sizing is much the same, and it does the job okay. So, it's still the best feeding muzzle to buy at a competitive price. The Vet Shed were easy to deal with, and posted the two muzzles I ordered very quickly.

the door. Even though Vadar is still young, he developed CKD almost overnight to being one day away from dying. A very expensive SubPort Urethra Bypass surgery was performed. Successful but cat developed a antibiotic resistant bacterial infection and his blood and urine numbers were not good at all. I had heard of Ipakitin a few years ago and it was highly rated by vets. It is a white powder supplement that is available in a couple of sizes. Very good prices. There is a dosage spoon in container as dosage twice a day depends on weight of cat. Easiest way for me has been to mix it in with Applaws chicken flavour tins. He loves it so much and sets a world record for devouring it. He was diagnosed early Stage 4 renal failure. He has been on this regimen for 6 weeks. The difference in the cat is amazing. He eats ravenously, drinks heaps and wees often which a cat in renal failure is meant to do. And appears to be very happy and has put on weight. I can only put it down to this supplement as he received a very bad prognosis after his surgery. I know he can't be cured but if he can have a few years of quality time still left, then investing in this product has been well worth it. Totally would recommend Epakitin. Update July 2022 This is the second time I have ordered Epakitin supplement for cats from The Vet Shed. Previous order was early May. The company is very professional in their order processing. I used express post and again it arrived in 2 days. The 7 year old in renal failure continues to get better but only a blood test in a month's time will confirm what his renal levels are now. However just going on the cat's looks, demeanour and ravenous eating habits, I can only deduce that this is all attributable to the supplement. However, instead of them saying hey sorry about this can't help.

Cath went above and beyond my expectations. Cath had sourced the wormer and quantity I needed from interstate, but thought they might not get it here until next week. I was fine with that. It is Xmas time, so any delay is understandable.

But Cath is a legend, she emailed me Thursday (23rd Dec) morning to let me know she had put in an urgent transfer for me and that the wormer would be there later that day. Within a few hours I was sent an email to advise the package was on its way.

Today, the 24th I get a message from Aust Post letting me my package was here.

I can't remember the last time I had such amazing customer service, this is really next level customer service.

I will be buying all my dog products I need from TVS. I also HIGHLY recommend TVS.

I purchased zylkene 100 tablets for my 2 cats and I was getting frustrated that delivery was taking so long but it was over easter so that was the hold up not actually u guys. unreliable and despite putting clear instructions with where to leave my order, the Aramex drivers dump the order in my letterbox which is NOT safe. Australia Post drivers always put the parcels at my front door if I'm not home, as per my delivery instructions, but Aramex do not. I won't be buying from The Vet Shed again because I can get what I need for all of my animals elsewhere and not have to put up with dealing with Aramex who do not do their job properly.

28 days for delivery from Brisbane to Perth - unacceptable in 2024 – Product was fine once it arrived and good value, however took 28 days from ordering to receive the product. Cannot recommend this company whilst they still use Aramex as a courier.

Can't purchase without creating an account – I just want to buy my dog a bin chicken toy and they had the best price but I'm sick of companies forcing customers to create accounts - I want to make a purchase, not hand you my data to keep forever.

I purchased powdered egg yolk to use for aid in preventing fur balls in our Birman cats. They have a scoop with a wet breakfast food and are both very fond of the taste. Have only been using it for two weeks, so far no sign of fur balls, so hope it lasts. Show reply

I was thrilled to be able to obtain/purchase the particular brand of tapeworm tablets for my cats. The local vets are not able to purchase them anymore but these tablets are small and easy to give to my cats.
