Not recommended – We do not recommend conveyancing.com. They use good lawyers at the start and then pass the case to inexperienced and inexperienced people while overcharging the first budgeted quote. They made major mistakes throughout our process. They stressed us constantly as soon as a problem arose without looking to give any proactive solution by themselves.… Read more

The day before the settlement they still did not update us about the seller’s response and scared us saying they might not be working the day of the settlement and the bank did not pay what it was loaned. Also, they asked for $1000 in addition to their fees and did not clarify what was used for. Not recommended at all. They did not resolve our inquiries after settlement either, completely ignoring our emails. You will need to be involved a lot throughout the process to ensure everything goes well (basically do their job, while they overcharge you for it).

Average service – Response times and access to my conveyancer were average. Every time I called I felt like my conveyancer didn't know who I was. On the day of settlement I told my conveyancer how important it was I found our as soon as it was done as I had a moving truck booked. He said he would let me know as soon as he found out. The requests I made, however, were completed. There was no failure of service.

It just felt very impersonal, and I didn't feel very comfortable in the process.
