Buyer Beware, Don't Use Tick Insurance!!
Tick Travel Insurance is a bad example of the insurance industry. They are not responsible corporate citizens and put profit over ethical behavior. Under direction imposed by the Government to combat the spread of COVID-19, airlines, car hire and accommodation companies cancelled and credited bookings without penalty. These companies followed the process of the “right thing to do” by consumers. Not so the case with Tick Travel Insurance, no refund or credit will be given even though the trip will never eventuate. Tick Insurance has no exposure.... The policy purchased in good faith can never be realised as there is no more travel. Shame on you Tick Travel Insurance, let's hope through the power of social media, you too will suffer loss of revenue like you imposed on your innocent customers.
Don’t use Tick for travel insurance
Taken out insurance On 29/2/2020 for a trip to Bali, due to corona virus our trip was cancelled and out of our control , asked Tick for a refund on premium only to be told could not refund premium as it is outside 14 day cooling off period, surely this would not apply to the current circumstances. Tick insurance are only interested in taking your money nothing else. We are all in this together Tick Travel Insurance.

Excellent price for items covered
Policy cost is excellent for the items covered. I am yet to travel with this policy so no claim has been lodged. I have taken out Tick for several overseas trips in the past and have never made a claim but I'm sure it would be quite easy to claim.
Good Price Great Cover
This is the second time I have used Tick and it's Easy to Apply and Reasonably Priced. Great Value for Seniors travel. Not Overpriced, like other companies I got quotes from.
Very easy to set up and buy , no confusion as to what is covered .this is my 3rd time using Tick and I cant see myself changing to anyone else in future
After purchasing the standard domestic insurance I decided we should have purchased the top one. Your staff were very helpful and informed me to go ahead and purchase the new insurance and cancel the previous one and they would arrange a refund. I was most surprised to receive the refund within 24 hours. Really efficient service, thank you.

Great cover at a great price!
We have used Tick Travel insurance on our last three holidays, haven't made a claim yet but getting the ideal cover was quick, easy & at a fair price. Just hope in the event of a claim it is just as easy.

The travel insurance purchased was fairly broad. It met all my needs and was competitively price! The on-line process of taking up the offer was simple to use with minimal effort!

My overall claim experience with Tick was excellent
* competitive pricing quoted and good value for money and easy to set-up.
* Claim payment accepted without dispute from either party but payment could have been quicker due to
one category payment being deposited into my account with the incorrect amount. This incorrect payment took many emails and calls to Tick to resolve over a period of 3 weeks. However, the overall experience with my claim was good and I delt with Charming Custodio as my single point of contact.
