Admin incompetent--changing time and day without notification to client – I have used this service for some 6 months on a fornightly basis, and was extremely happy with the wonderful, professional cleaners sent by TidyMe--unfortunately their admin is incompetent. emails were exchanged--one from someone called Angel who was sad about the situation, this was the response I received, and a 50% discount for my next clean. On the strength of the fact that I was extremely happy with the cleaners, I rebooked for Saturdays at 7:30am as Fridays was not available (despite the fact that I had a permanent booking for Fridays, one would think that TidyMe admin would find anothe cleaner for that time). Today in a text from TidyMe I discover that Saturdays time has been changed from my request of 7:30am to 9am again without notification. Incompetence of the highest order, and what is more shameful that through this incompetence it disadvantages people who need work. Disgraceful.
Andrea always does a fabulous job – As always, Andrea did a phenomenal job of making my home feel clean and welcoming. I don't know what I would do without Andrea!
Most Unprofessional service ever - DO NOT USE THEM – TidyMe service is highly unprofessional. Firstly they took a booking on 5th October for cleaning up my apartment every 2 weeks starting 7th Oct, and then on 7th Oct morning they sent me a message that cleaners cannot come and there is no one available. they sent me a confirmation on Tuesday 18 oct that cleaners will be visiting my home for cleaning on Friday. Again on Friday morning I recieve a message and cleaners are not available and cannot visit. This is highly unprofessional on TidyMe team to first send a confirmation and then last minute send a decline. You cannot just leave your customer to figure out their house cleaning for last minute.I will not recommend TidyMe to any of my friends/ famil/colleague.

Michelle is Fabulous! – From the minute Michelle walked in the door she attacked each area of the home that needed attention. Even down to the Oven Range Hood. She cleaned the vent and right down to the cupboards inside and out. Couldn’t be happier. Show reply
Why I haven’t done this before! – Clean was perfect. Beds made. Bathroom and kitchen sparkling. We were extremely happy and will definitely be using this service again ...and again. We are both busy and this service will be a regular thing for us.

understandable, but for nearly 6-months this shows the company cannot perform it's commitment that it advertises. Reviews on its own Facebook site on specific cleaners have to be questioned and one in particular is on a cleaner that I know no longer works for them and has their own business and I have used them directly. Equally appalling is their ability to respond to individual queries. For example, I sent a message to them on Tuesday of this week to ask if there is a cleaner available for next Monday (July 4) and I am still waiting for a reply 3 days later. All in all don't waste your time, energy or emotion using this service until they sort out there customer service and business at all levels.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! – I used this company before with bad results. I moved apartments and thought I would give them another go (silly me). Booked a day and time. Day before, sent me a message telling me they couldn't get a cleaner. Re booked for this week. They confirmed. Day before clean they send a message advising they couldn't get a cleaner. If you want good, reliable cleaning, do not use this company.
Very Poor Customer Service – I entered into a 6 month cleaning agreement yesterday. No-one turned up, twice – Don't waste your time with these guys. They won';t have the staff available to fulfill the cleans, and cancelling anything thats locked in is so hard. Don't respond to their live chat even though I was connected to an agent, I just sat on read. Absolute waste of energy and time.

an email - you won't hear back for hours to days. Gave them several chances (understand they have lost some staff during lockdowns etc.) but after 5-6 last minute cancellations without a single successful clean in central Sydney, I'm wondering if they have any staff at all!

texted them at 12.55pm asking if anyone would be arriving. They responded asking for the latest time I could accommodate a cleaner today, I immediately let them know that 4pm is the latest possible time. Again, no response. I have a photographer and journalist arriving tomorrow for a professional photo shoot and few spare hours to find for cleaning my apartment. Not something I'm unwilling to do, but a service like this probably shouldn't provide more stress and take away more of your time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Don’t even bother – Over the course of 4 weeks we have had 5 cancellations. They don’t turn up, don’t give you a phone number and do nothing to rectify the situation. Damaged furniture and no insurance to replace it – DO NOT use this company. They are dishonest and will NOT honour insurance claims. I had a cleaner ruin a brand new coffee table by using something that stripped the paint and TidyMe pretended it was going to be covered by insurance for 4 weeks. First time using a house cleaner and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work! – The house was cleaned well and better than expected. There was insufficient time to change the bed sheets however, this isn’t an issue. We welcome Maria back and have booked a fortnightly clean. Show reply

a cleaning service to anyone. I’m baffled by some reviews that mention ‘attention to detail’. The 8 different cleaners I had through my home appeared vacant and uninterested. Some took 4 hours to wipe a cloth of a 2 bed x 2 bath apartment.
Also noting we are two professionals living interstate so not a lot of ornaments or dusting to complete and always very tidy for the clean.
- 2 occasions a no-show cleaner and was hosting a baby shower when one was cancelled. - The option to select and pay for use of Method products was inconsistent and on multiple occasions cleaner arrived with a generic brand, and still charged as didn’t have time to request refund on multiple occasions. - Rescheduled 1 clean and cleaner still arrived - Varying levels of cleaning completed - some include kitchen cupboards, other times not, time allowance each time is different. - Subscription price not applied when I altered an add-on products. - Included an oven clean which is just a basic wipe down of over, not a scrub of inside. - The cleaner is different each time which was aware of but how thorough they were and attention to detail was also inconsistent. - Phone number listed on email doesn’t connect
