The owner, manager was very helpful in helping me choose a colour for my coffee table to suit tge rest of furniture. Coffee table arrived on time and didn’t need assembly which was good. A quality product.

I was amazed at the range of furniture both indoor and outdoor at Tigress Furniture Gold Coast. I had been looking for a white outdoor dining suite and small lounge and found the perfect duo here with navy blue and white striped cushions. Over promise and under deliver – We purchased a custom dining table on 2/11. We simply wanted to change the pedestal legs from one table to another. supplier couldn’t keep up. There was no offer of compensation, just a refund or wait. However, only 3 months ago they were happy to take my money again for a custom made coffee table they told me would be delivered at the same time as my dining table. We are very fortunate we chose to wait and see the dining table! Which never arrived. Poor service and we have waited over 6 months and still months away.

UPDATE: They offered me $100 discount. Shop elsewhere

called them 3 weeks later and was told the item would come in that week. I called them a week latter and was told it would be another 4 or so weeks. 5 weeks latter I called them and was told it would be mid November (yet another few weeks) 28 November I called AGAIN and was informed it would now be mid January. I can understand that items are being held up but what I think is completely unacceptable is the fact that at no point in time has tigress ever contacted me, I have had to call at least 4 times and every time is after the time they tell me I will have my delivery. The last time I called I was upset and was told a senior staff member would call me back and guess what... they never called. I would never recommend tigress to anyone and I will never buy anything from them again. Please be very careful when purchasing items from them and I would recommend strongly to never ever pay in full

Appalling customer service – We purchased a dining table online at the Castle Hill store. After waiting 3 months we were contacted to advise it had arrived. We asked if they could organise a freight quote to deliver as we are located two hours away. After two weeks of not hearing back we contacted them saying we would drive and collect it in our tralier. so we had to organise staff which we did. On arrival we paid the balance owing and waited for a staff member to meet us as the table was located in a storage unit down the road. When she arrived she immediately told us that we would be voiding the warranty since we were putting it in a trailer. I questioned why we were not informed of this over the phone as I was clear we were travelling a fair distance and it was our only option of getting it home. I also informed them I had asked for a quote and nobody contacted us back. There was no apology or empathy. She was extremely rude and we were told to go to Bunning to purchase bubble wrap. When we arrived at the storage unit she made us unpack the table to check it (which is fair enough) however she had nothing to pack it back up properly. She complained the whole time during the process saying she is not supplying anybody outside the Sydney metro again as she should not be lifting anything.. My husband and I struggled to get the table on the trailer as it was extremely heavy and the whole time she was complaining. She then offered to get somebody to deliver when I told her how rude and unhelpful she had been. Unfortunately it was a little late after driving two hours and having to pay staff. We were so exasperated we just wanted to leave and never deal with them again. I cannot stress enough not to use this company. It has been the WORST experience we have had.. Please be aware.

Love it!! – Very happy with the dining suite we purchased - it is everything we'd hoped it would be and we are so pleased with the entire process from when we first saw the suite online and then visited the Labrador store to when delivery was made. Excellent and professional – From beginning to end our experience in doing business with this company has been outstanding. They were patient when delivery dates were an issue.
