floor/kitchen couter etc and clean the sink which was left with silicon debris. I would not call it a professional work. On the positive side, the assistance from the call center was timely and appropriate.

When I called and spoke to Mike to clarify what had been done on the area, his tone was completely different to when I initially spoke to him. He was short, unbelievably rude and spoke to me in a degrading tone - this seems to be becoming quite common when guys speak to women in this field. When my husband got on the phone; his tone completely changed and he was good as new!

It was a disappointing end to a service that was mostly well done…I just needed some simple clarification for what we’d paid for.

There’s never an excuse to be rude.

somehow I paid the whole amount of $770. Possibly my mistake, but unsure how it happened using only buttons in the email they sent.

Out of the 4 appointments that were made (all to do with 1 shower only), [Name Removed] only bothered rocking up for 2 of them. There was no communication to let me know he wasn’t coming, and both times there was time taken off work to be at the house to let him in.

I needed 2 showers regrouted and sealed but after the average job done on the first shower I cancelled the second shower. Some chips around tile edges whilst removing grout I could understand, but as well as the expected chips there’s damage to tiles where it looks like he slipped with the tool. The grout was very grainy and extremely thick in the corners (that has since been rectified and looks better thankfully).

There was a severe lack of professionalism - [Name Removed] rocked up in an unmarked car and thongs/slides each time.

When I called after the first job was completed to voice my concerns and get an email address to send photos, I was told [Name Removed] was their best tiler. The job he did in the shower does not imply that at all.

1 star for everything except quality of work. 2 stars for that as the second attempt was better than the first. I don’t know why it couldn’t have been done that way the first time so we could have avoided the need for 3 other appointments. What a waste of time and effort.

Maybe someone else will have better luck with this company in future but my experience says to steer clear.

Grout Pro recently regrouted a bathroom in my rental property in Pakenham, and they did a fantastic job. Their customer service was top-notch, especially Donald, who ensured the work was done quickly and at a fair price. My tenants mentioned the job was completed to a high standard. Online booking system and communication makes the process easy to manage. Our tiler Franjo kept us informed every step of the way with our shower rebuild, going the extra distance with colour matching.

job, I was told by the sales representative that they could replace the tiles. However, it was never clearly explained that I would be responsible for supplying the tiles, nor was there any mention of additional costs, such as a tile cutting fee or the waterproofing requirements and their cost.

The quote provided did include some details in the fine print about tile supply and cutting fees, but these were never discussed or clearly communicated during the phone conversation. Additionally, the waterproofing requirement, which is legally necessary when tiles are removed, was not mentioned at all during the phone call or in the quote.

When the tiler arrived, he informed us that the job couldn’t proceed without the correct tiles. He also explained that waterproofing was legally required and mentioned that the office had not properly communicated these details, before leaving without doing any work. Unfortunately, the tiles we needed were discontinued and no longer available. Despite this, Tile and Grout Pro insisted on keeping the A$165 deposit and even tried to add an additional $55 service fee, even though no work was completed. After several email exchanges, they agreed to waive the unknown service fee of $55, but they still refused to refund the deposit that was paid for the service, despite the fact that the miscommunication was on their part, leaving me feeling misled.

The lack of clear communication and transparency was incredibly frustrating. We are now considering further actions to resolve this issue.

Vinyl plank flooring resealed – This was the first company that I was able to come across that was able to strip and reseal my hybrid vinyl plank flooring. Amazing job done, love the gloss sealer so shiny ( my preference) many of my scratches were removed, the deeper ones I can still see, but I knew that as the vinyl was cut, but definitely improved. Absolutely appalling and such a let down. And given it’s 3/1/25- not able to find a replacement! Do not recommend this company despite their positive reviews on google!

I don’t recommend them – I spent over $1100 on cleaning and sealing outdoor tiles. Within weeks I noticed footprints on the tiles (thongs, shoes) but they wouldn’t wash off and wouldn’t scrub off. The company said that’s to be expected despite the fact I’ve never had permanent footprints before. Reegan the manger then “offered” to do a clean for another $300. No offer to return and inspect, no offer of money back, no offer of a free clean. I’m considering legal action.

Great service!! – My tiles were so dirty ! In 2 hours they were just like new. A fantastic job! From the first phone call to the job being done I was impressed by their professionalism!!
