we thought they shouldn't be as dark as they appeared upon moving in. The attached photo shows the dry floor with one part cleaned and one part not yet done. As you can see, such a fantastic job was done. We're super thankful with how friendly, timely, reasonable and helpful you were. We appreciate your great work and helpfulness very much! Timber sanding and polish – Contacted Tile Cleaning Experts after I heard they offer wood floor treatments and were good. We used them to sand and polish our timber floor ~77sqm. We are very happy with the result. Before and after photos included.

If your ceramic tiles or stone needs saving, call these guys – Adam and his guys saved my dark satin finish tiles from needing to be ripped up and replaced. They had superglue trails everywhere. I tried the strongest (toxic) glue solvent gel from Bunnings and two hours hand scrubbing just made them worse. and cabinetry.) The strongest removal mix possibly softened the glue but Adam ended up finely honing the ruined surface and once cleaned applied two coats of penetrating sealer. He achieved an outstanding result and the tiles look new. A very well earned 5 stars for polite and top professional service.

Like new again – Adam and Michael did a fantastic job of restoring and repolishing my three sandstone bathroom benchtops. They were stained and etched after 10 years of use and now they look like new again. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Botch and run – We employed Adam to strip and reseal our floor but was left with horrendous damage to every skirting board in our downstairs area and damage to brand new carpet and brand new dryer. Damaged my floors and now ignoring calls and emails! – This company have destroyed my floors and should not be in operation! My husband spoke to them on the phone and they said all the right things. Mickey Mouse company – My wife and I have made several attempts to contact this company for a quote. One time, the phone was answered and I was advised to send through photos so that they could quote me. I did that and never heard back. I have called at all times of day and I can not get through to a real person. The review I wish we had read – Let us preface this by saying the floors look amazing, [Name Removed] was one of the nicest guys ever. BUT, there was significant damage done to the entire length of our laminate in our kitchen, and some minor damage done to our brand new skirting boards. jobs (we were told once a phone call was made to report the damage, not told before the job started to give us any options). The fix suggested - to paint over it - was completely inappropriate for the surfaces. This was not the cheapest quote we had, in fact we paid an extra $20 per sqm, based on the glowing reviews - these reviews have NO mention of damage to property. This worked out to be over $1,000 extra we paid these guys, when we could have gone with the cheaper quote, and if the suggestion of damage on ALL jobs was in fact true, we would have had these funds to fix the issue. We believe it will be around $800 to fix our house. NOT HAPPY
Professional and respectful – The last two days, I have had Adam, and his two brothers, Sam and Micheal working at my home, the job they did was absolutely amazing, they were very respectful to us and our home. Bathroom time cleaning – I had a great experience with Adam. Who cleaned my entire bathroom tiles that had quite a bit of mould and just a tenant who had not cleaned the floor around the toilet area. It came up gleaming the shower base was also amazing. Would recommend their service

Excellent job! Exceeded my expectations! – Hamish & Adam are true professionals. From the moment I called to to enquire about cleaning and sealing our old worn natural stone pebble shower floor I knew I was in great hands. Excellent service. These guys are great – I was very impressed with the service, the end result and the manners of this company. They cleaned polished and sealed my old slate floor. Honest Appraisal. Great Work – we had some badly stained and damaged bluestone pavers No other trades were interested. Tile Cleaning Experts gave an honest appraisal and did exactly what they said they would do.
Perfect job – Adam n team polished my stone kitchen bench top at my home in Toorak n it came out really well. They did a very good job n afterwards there was nothing to be cleaned too. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
