No answer to question – I have tried on two occasions to email this web site for information on a particular watch. No email was answered. This does not generate confidence that if you have a problem that they will even answer your emails.

Don't buy watches from these people! – The delivery and payment process was fine. However, in less than one year the watch, an expensive Longines ladies watch, stopped working. That's when I discovered that the Warranty received with the watch is not a Longines warranty and therefore the global warranty offered by Longines is void. TimePiece Store opens the case, to say check the battery, the warranty is immediatly voided. No where on the TimePiece Store website is this mentioned, not even on their Warranty page! If you ask TTS they will tell you you can find it on page 42 of the 500+ page Manual! Repairs are done in Malayasia and take minimum of 8 weeks. Not impressed. I now have to pay Longines $203 to have the movement replaced if I wish to use the watch again or chance sending it to someone in Malaysia who failed to give me any confidence I would ever see the watch again. My advice is don't buy your next watch online.
