Driver did not attempt to deliver my parcel yesterday. I watched it all on my cameras. This person just did a u turn and left a note in the letterbox. policy". I looked up company policy and that is incorrect. They have delivered several times before and never had a problem. This girl was obviously lazy or late for lunch. Will be making another complaint to the company who sent the parcels not to use this service again. Australia post never has a problem.

My delivery was supposedly shipped from Regents Park (Sydney) on 13th January. Tracking showing it was in transit on 14th. On 16th now and still “in transit”. Chat & Telephone call both a waste of time as they are both bots and all they do is refer you back to the tracking page, which states it will be delivered in a further 72 hours. Delivery… Read more

point is Caringbah (also Sydney). Understand there are sometimes delays but to get no real tracking other than “In Transit” is woeful service.

a Priority Paid Parcel and misses the delivery track on that one day the depot, you are waiting for your money for another week! Introduced an AI(?) driven customer (dis)service which has a message on endless loop to the entire on hold time - mine was 26minutes! - which transferring the Customer with pigeon gall into a raging bull... Customer (c)Rep refuses to find a supervisor/line manager, promising to be called back and not understands that - he is in sunny QLD, I am in gloomy Tassie - we are not over serviced with telecommunicational offers/services and I have to walk up to my gate or down to my chuck pen if I want to be sure in that I can start maintain and finish a phone conversation! So, unless I spend the rest of the afternoon at my farm gate and really really surely wanted to be called back... Senseless, nonsense, uninformed Cust Service. This company - I hope! - goes bust because they are not servicing the paying Customer, but they are rather a block in the flow with the 1 day/week (dis)service. We know what does it mean when a bull is taken to the cow by the Farmer to service her... Yep. That is happening by this mob.

Repeatedly damaged packages marked FRAGILE – They threw packages over my fence with no attempt made to ring the doorbell or place it in the parcel box (which would have fit said packages). This has happened THREE TIMES despite the packages being marked in bright orange tape with the word "FRAGILE" across them and the issue being raised with the company. As a result, the glassware sent within the packages arrived cracked or in shards. Show details

perfect delivery – I took my package to depot said i needed insurance was told that would be done did the QR code filling out for label sent item to find out there is not insurance i was sending a very expensive handbag i was freaky out. I finally got a mobile no of the dry creek manager who kept in touch with me every step of the way till delivery which by the way… Read more

contacted the company of my package and the carrier and they have made countless promises continously telling me to "wait between 48-72 hours. I genuinely dont know how this company hasnt been shut down especially with the amount of complaints ive seen circulating online.

Total disgrace. Package from seller in Perth to Brisbane. Got from Perth to Sydney no problems. Gets to whatever depot in Brisbane ( don't know if it's at the airport or Larapinta) now it appears is has been spilt up and they can't deliver it as it's only a partial delivery. they needed clearance to deliver it. IT'S A BLOODY VERTICAL BLIND!!!!!! Numerous messages, emails, etc and they won't respond to any. Tried live chats, they leave you hanging for over 30 minutes before THEY END THE LIVE CHAT even though none from their end joined the chat. I don't even know which depot to go to to try and find my package!!!! They won't even respond to the seller. TOTAL CRAP from a supposed international linked company DO NOT use them.

Delivery was scheduled for yesterday in Melbourne but no delivery. Waited today and received email saying attempted delivery, but no attempt At all. I tried calling them and after 1 hour on hold I had to hang up. Now have to wait again next week. They are terrible and lie. I will encourage Amazon to avoid using Toll as I rarely have a good experience with them. Other delivery companies seem much better. Show details

fault I signed for the delivery and said you bring the rest back. Took the one box inside. Went outside to see what was taking so long and he was gone. Been a weekend I couldn't contact anyone. Called Monday morning was on hold for nearly 2 hours and ended up hanging up. As I write this review second attempt to call now been 1hr 46 minutes. Checked tracking again States attempted delivery Friday 13, out right lie. Does state only 1 of 3 delivered and thats all.

Toll needs a broom through it and get all new Management.

Disgusting, Disgusting service.

Avoid at all cost.

sick, three weeks later, say spoken to drive, drive did remember picking up motor. Toll now say rechecking cameras. I’ve had no prob getting on to Toll in Melb, but the same answer, still looking. I have asked, is this how they cover up theft? They’re still looking. They know they are up for compensation.

delivery it was stated on the Friday, a week after pick up from vendor. On Friday still no delivery so called vendor again. Was advised that item was going to be delivered on Monday after the weekend after 2pm, but again no delivery. Took matters in my own hand and rang automated services entering my connote number which replied that item was still going to be delivered on the Monday. It’s now Tuesday and still no delivery. Toll service is absolutely crap, their websites make it impossible to make direct calls and to speak to someone, nor do they provide email updates of the kind eBay does. Toll is a juggernaut, lots of faceless people with little interest in good service, they take your money for their service alright but be very patient with service as they have their own schedule and absolutely don’t care. What a typical huge, apathetic,lazy and ignorant lot. Do whatever you can NOT to use them, service is rubbish

All christmas presents. One item never arrived, 2 arrive after Christmas when ordered on Amazon early December and late November with delivery quoted before Christmas.

There's a reason you can't leave a Google review or one on their Facebook. They don't want your reviews. They know the problems they don't care.

Family and friends also had issues with toll deliveries this Christmas. Will not buy anything if I know they ship with this company.

Worst company ever and should not be in business – I had a parcel of horse semen sent through priority Toll. This parcel cost me $1000$ of dollars. It needed to be delivered on time so the semen was still alive and the mare still ovulating. Every time I rung they had no idea on where the parcel was. Never received it. We had no option but to use Toll but never never again. Do not use this company. Show details

I am befuddled why businesses uses Toll, when their drivers fervently avoid providing adequate customer service – I was waiting to go into hospital for arm surgery, keen to get an IKEA parcel before I left. Now I have organise someone to drive down the hill to a local newsagent to collect my parcel from Toll/IKEA. It has become so distressing for me, when I purchase online I check to make sure it is not being delivered by Toll, otherwise I go to Amazon or some other customer friendly service. This problem has being happening for years.
