Indian, Pakistani men. Rude, threatening etc hit their match with me I am chasing down with the help of the ATO. Don't mess with someone that is disabled we are stuck at home, walked over and pushed around all the time so when i can fight and make an injustice right that's what i am going to do. Check all cleaning companies as i think not only are they defrauding us on the job they do, the invoices and our Tax office they are also in your house looking at what you have and how to access your home.

guy said not to worry if the ants returned within 2 weeks. The ants did return after a few days. Today, after 4 weeks they were everywhere again so we called and were told it was out of warranty. Warranty was only for 2 weeks. These guys should be shut down.

ACCC, could you please, if you have the time and patience, to forward the bad reviews this company has accumulated and hopefully, get this operation well and truly shut down and hoping that they are blacklisted permanently, never to operate under another ABN or another company with a different name or names. ABN. They provided 'Instant Pest Control Melbourne' as the company name and 'Top Solution' as the ABN. After checking reviews, I was shocked to find numerous negative ones and decided to cancel the appointment within 10 minutes of booking. The appointment was scheduled for two days later. When I called to cancel, the operator told me I couldn't. I insisted that I could cancel and warned them that if they showed up at my house 2 days later, I would call the police for trespassing. I emphasized that they must cancel the appointment and that their refusal was against Australian consumer law. Conversation was captured through SMS. I have lodged to ACCC as well as police were contacted. Will call 000 if they show up in 2 days time.

Incompetency at its worst! – DO NOT whatever you do use this business! They are completely unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent and incapable of doing what they claim to do. They overcharge like thieves! Steer clear!!

UPDATE: Not only did they harass for payment which was done within 1 hour of them leaving. Only paid the quoted $250. Not the asked $350. They continued to harass for 4 days even though a receipt has been sent to at least 2 numbers.

I tried calling asking for a resolution and to complain regarding the whole experience to never hear from them again.

Scam of the century – What a scam company. Took my complaints to Department of Fair Trading. Couldn’t help, but I am not giving up. Didn’t have time but will be going to another sector of of ACCC. Also will be reporting on the validity of the company and its origin. They are actually operating from Nepal and have external representation in Australia. They are an illegal mob. Please do not deal with them and let your friends know.

his poor English he insisted there would be a charge for two jobs. Being a senior he charged $396 (Tax Inv 02197). I specifically asked twice if the ants returned within the 6mth warranty period whether he would spray the area again w/o charging to which he replied YES. He lied! The pests were back within days and when asked to respray the return email was "basic one-time spraying treatment" contrary to what the workman ([Name Removed]) stated. They have also changed their name as the invoice I have is Pioneer Maintenance Services! but the name check through ASIC came up with Top Solution Services.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES , they turned up with no labelling on their van and immediately started talking cost of $1050 to remove a poor possum who by now is in total distress.

By now the staff are also in distress because these people were wanting the cash on the day , when we asked them to remove the possum as a 1st priority and leave an invoice and the business account will pay it. They literally put us on the spot , pay or no possum removal , we are talking $1050 in CASH WHICH NONE OF US HAD!!!

This business is using wildlife as a commodity and we have reported them to ACCC AND PARKS AND WILDLIFE , hoping that they will alert others and have this business stopping stealing money and hurting wildlife.

we then provided (not sure how it would have worked if we didn’t have fruit in the house?) After a week we asked them to come back as we heard activity in the roof but surprise surprise no possums! I then asked for a refund which of course they refused. I got him then to move the cage to another location and again he had nothing to bait the cage with! When I called again after another week to ask them to move the cage they told me they weren’t coming back because I’d threatened their staff by asking for a refund. The operator became quite aggressive on the phone when I tried to talk with him. Following completion of the cleaning, I noted to the technician, 'Robert,' that a strong scent persisted and seemed to have worsened. His response was, 'Give it a week and the smell will dissipate.'

Despite my repeated attempts to address the issue, contacting the company two days, one week, and two weeks after the service, I was met with unhelpful and disgusting responses, citing the unavailability of their complaints department on multiple occasions. On February 29th, when I reached out once more, I was met with outright rudeness and a refusal to take responsibility, citing their terms and conditions which supposedly required complaints to be lodged within 2-3 days, a requirement which I had fulfilled.

This experience has revealed the company's lack of professionalism and reliability. Upon reviewing other customer feedback, it appears this is not an isolated incident. Their dismissive and even disrespectful responses to customer complaints are unacceptable. I intend to escalate this matter further as it is clear that this company fails to uphold the standards of service and customer care expected in the industry.

NCAT cASE – is there anyone who had a case in NCAT or would like to have it with me to sue them? Yes they agreed to come back but ask me to pay additional 120 for they driving ? Ridiculous....I paid 550 with the guarantee of 6 months cover and they never come back ; playing with me that they coming and changing dates, and when I started to be serious about my next steps they said not to threaten them. claimed our carpets needed a "deep clean" with a special chemical and fair enough, they're quite grubby hence needing to be cleaned. I agreed, he said that'd be an extra $20 per room but he could give me a "discount" for paying cash. We paid $370 for someone to spray water on our carpet and suck it up with what sounded like a jet engine but clearly didnt have the power of a jet engine. Our carpet is WET and there is visible surface stains. In fact, I whipped out my microfibre and my spray bottle of carpet cleaner and managed to lightly scrub up a mark/stain that their machine should have managed to get. It's cleaner so, I'll give them that but I could have done a better job with a hired machine from bunnings. I think that's what I'll do next time to avoid something like this again. I'm beyond disappointed, I feel taken advantage of, I'm disgusted. Do your research. I know I will be.

If there was a zero star I would give it – I actually called carpet clean Doctor and booked this clean, Top Solutions called me from the property requesting payment before the cleaned, I would not normally do this due to all the scammers but Carpet Clean Doctor had good reviews, He didn't clean the carpets at all, I went to the house an hour after him and they were bone dry and still the same way they were before, I have emailed, txt and phoned with no reply.
